I work in a customer service and it pains to see stuff who doesn't care of their customers, looking depressed and demotivated all the time. The return counter's service is very terrible, you need to beg and wait for the services like you never paid, no options are given for exchange or refund. My family and friends now prefer GAME Stores from suburb areas for better services where there is TCF.

Went there to buy gas heater and i got the heater at a reduced price but i got home and the heater is not working but that was not what i was told at the shop Why would i buy a broken heater in this cold mara I wanna return it. So now i must spend more money for transport and delivery again .bought this heater today

I bought a washing machine 3 weeks back,after 1 week the machine stopped working. I took the machine to the shop,they told they'll send people to my house and gave me job card number. The guys came and said they'll come back tomorrow ,it's been 2 weeks now.

Don't come here go to south gate. Their food is not in a good condition everything is hot the chocolates are melted and the food is getting worse. They don't want to fix their air conditions so the whole store is boiling in this heat.

Game is rated a number one retailer very clean departmentally well organised the personnel from the security to the one inside are always hard at work is looks like the management is always on toes hence the good performance

Incredibly understaffed. Long wait time in queues. Nobody manning the returns counter. ITS EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT FFS

Game is a nice place to visit you can find a lot of things and there are very fast to save customers
