I rarely shop here but I came in today to return an item. Every staff was really nice as they greeted you with a smile but one staff in particular that was behind the counter was very rude. I work in retail and if a customer needs to return an item they would go straight to the counter, however the staff told me in rude tone “next time go to any other worker to do this for you, it doesn’t have to be here.” I misunderstood at first and she repeated it back to me again and added that “it’s easier that way”. She wasn’t even doing anything so I don’t understand why she had to make a comment like that. She looked at my item and put it aside and said “it’s all processed, you’ll get a refund however you paid it through” she didn’t do anything else so I didn’t feel reassured that the item was going to be processed. I had to message glassons online to make sure that I sent the item today for a return in store, just in case it wasn’t processed.

Really rude brunette short shop assistant spoke to me and told me to “put my mask on honey” and when I said I don’t have to she then said your probably unvaxed that’s why your acting like this. Mum witnessed this and contacted centre management and they stated that you do not have to wear a mask in retail at the moment. Shady and rude. Says her name was Bri and I doubt that very much as she gave me a fake glassons head office number, kept saying she was the manager when infact it was the managers day off. Reviews have also shown staff to attack shoppers that are young and female, obviously they act like jealous females and not sisterhood to help other girls shop. Pretty disgusted by it actually.

I've had varying experiences at this store. Sometimes felt as though some staff were trying to be intimidating rather than helpful, on other occasions the girls were very attentive and friendly. I'd like to thank Brooke and the lovely girl whom I assume is the store manager, for their recent wondeful service. They had ordered an item into the store for me and left me a message to confirm they had done so, which was highly appreciated, the only downside was that nobody called when the item had arrived (but no biggie). Overall the store is fairly organised and well kept.

Love the staff - always trying to go above and beyond to assist and always smiling! So difficult at times to work in retail - especially post-covid. Just want to say thank you for this afternoon, I see how much you do …

I bought a satin shirt that completely fell apart in one wash because its to be "hand washed, not over washed, not left wet for more than 10 mins, and to be ironed immediately once dry." I've forgotten why I bought it now

I’ve been into this store multiple times and the girls and manager has been nothing but helpful and lovely. Such a shame that people are so fast to only post negatively online and treat our retail workers so poorly.

This brunch’s not good service. I bought from website or another brunches is fine. But here, they never say hi or thank you after bought their cloths. It’s happened on Wednesday.;(

The staff in this store were incredibly rude to my daughter and her friends last week. Better service and clothing at other competitors in the centre.
