Waaoooo, the guys here are awesome, honest and not after your money. I am still amazed they did not charge me a single penny. So, here is the story. I was driving on 401 east going to my work and another driver came next to me and said “your rear right side wheel is loose”. I took exit and found this garage the closest. Went there and asked them to check, they right away took my car into the garage and inspected. But didn’t find any problem. It was just a big scratch on side of the tire wall and while driving creating an illusion as if the tire is wiggling. They spent almost 20 minutes on my car and didn’t charge me a single penny. Me on the other hand knowing most of the garages at least have approx. $65 to $70 minimum charge for inspection. I was ready to pay but at the end when I asked “How much I owe you guys”. The guy responded “nothing”. I wish them all the best. On top of that these guys have sense of humour. Keep up the good work boys.

We have used Glenforest Garage for many years on both of our cars. The service is excellent and we are treated with so much respect and outstanding service by all the crew at the garage. While no one ever enjoys having to take their car in for repairs, I was pleasantly surprised and greatly appreciated the wonderful service and quick turnaround I received from the team at Glenforest Garage yesterday! I received fantastic communications and updates and they were able to quickly repair things for me and get me back on the road in a few hours. And while I hope i won't require car service again for a while, when I do, this team will be the first I call!

Best mechanic in the city. Have been going to them for 10 years and never had any issues or reason to complain. Oil change, tire change, other repairs, it's always done right the first time. Any additional recommendations are purely based on what's actually needed, not just to endlessly up-sell and rack up a bill. And if nothing's needed then they let you know everything's good and you're on your way. Would easily recommend them to anyone.

Mark is especially wonderful. He bends over backward to ensure problems are solved really quickly. He reattached the front of my broken mirror so I could drive legally, then immediately ordered my new part, and when it arrived the next day gave me a quick appointment. Glenforest has been my garage for decades and they have got me through problems over the years of a few 16 year old cars. Great service and great understanding of needs.

This place has never let me down. Yes they are busy and you have to book early, but that's a really good sign. They are honest, on time and give great advice and there are no surprise costs when you come to pick up your car. Been going here for over 8 years and I have no reason to stop. These guys are great! I don't wanna go anywhere else. Why? Because over many, many years of using them for my car needs they are unbeatably honest, reliable and proactive. Mark and his evolving team have never let me down. Kudos to owner Paul too who picks up his cell phone when you need him, whenever you need him.

As usual Glenforest provided great service. This time they found an issue with an axle/axle seal that had been repaired years ago but included parts under warranty. They had records of the warranty and took care of getting replacement parts under warranty. I have an older car that continues to run beautifully.

The guys at Glenforest Garage were once again superb. You book online, they communicate effectively with reminders and to discuss any issues or additional work needed, the work is completed on time, and they always provide good advice. The car is handling like it is brand new. I highly recommend them.

Outstanding service. The staff were able to take my car on late notice to change my summers to winters. They were kind and supportive and made suggestions about upcoming maintence without coming off pushy. I even got a little chocolate on my way out.
