Glenn and his team are old school in their approach to business. They know you by name, make an effort to go out of their way to accommodate and are super honest. I came to know them through a colleague and have since recommended them to family and clients with no hesitation. Not knowing much about the mechanical aspects of a car, I am at the mercy of shops- Glenn is as honest as they make them never selling you something you don't need and always having safety top of mind. The staff are helpful and do what they say they are going to do. Really a breath of fresh air to have such great support a call away.

I was looking for a place in Kingston to have my 3 audi cars taken care of, and met Glenn. Cautious at first (because I am meticulous about my cars), but after just a few service appointments he and his team have my full confidence. I feel way better having my cars serviced here than at the dealership. I have more trust in GoFAR's ability to look after all of my vehicles the right way. Highly recommend them. Glenn has been my mechanic for nearly 15 years. First mechanic I've ever dealt with that didn't treat me like I didn't know anything because I'm a woman. He's a standup guy, honest, dependable, explains everything clearly. Never rushes you. Very reasonable rates, awesome customer service, and the only person I trust with my '86 300ZX. I've referred him to many, many people over the years and they are always thrilled with the service they get from Glenn and his crew.

I find this service very fair for pricing which is very important, and also I want to inform anyone who is looking for a shop that they make you feel like an important client, and take that extra step in their communications to reasure you. I would be glad that my car did not break down, but I am very glad that I chose this particular car service ... the attitude towards us and our problem was at the highest level. Haven't had a lot of work done on my car here (ignition coils & spark plugs), but so far my experience with these guys has been great. Real friendly staff and certainly have the best interest of the customer in mind. Would definitely recommend them!

Had a flat tire a couple of days after New Years, and this was the nearest auto service shop. They were incredibly nice, let us wait inside, sold us a new tire, and we were on our way very quickly. Very friendly guys, and a great business!
