I've been going to Wahab since 2019 and I can say the one negative review on here is the FURTHEST thing from the truth and it upsets me to even read.. Wahab and his wife always put customers before profit which says a lot about them as business owners and human beings. I have never went without my prescription REGARDLESS of whether I had the money for it. They buy for their customers for Christmas , him and his wife are always giving out drinks , snacks , and treats to my children and everyone else's. He's given me plenty of things completely free of charge. When I'm sick or my children are sick I know I can count on them. When my car broke down his wife was there to make sure I always got to my doctors appointments and got my prescriptions and never let me walk or cab. I've not been able to make it in time before closing and Wahab kept the pharmacy open , he's came when it's closed and literally opened the pharmacy for me . And never once ever made me feel like an inconvenience. They do everything with a smile on their face and are always happy to help people. In addition to this every single employee that works there or has worked there are the kindest souls . This is simply the best pharmacy without a doubt in Kingston if not in all of Ontario. The world needs more people like Wahab, his wife, and entire team. If I ever won the lottery these would be the first people I pay it forward to. There's a special place in heaven for human beings like this.

I started going to see Wahab just shortly after he opened up the pharmacy and from the very first prescription he filled for me Wahab always no matter what the situation may be he would do anything possible to help make things easier for me when I was going thru a rough patch. Wahab is the only pharmacist I know that knows and remembers almost 90% of all of his customers by first name and is genuinely interested in whatever you have on your mind at the time. 4years ago when my girlfriend became pregnant and we found out she had 3 different blood disorders that with out the very expensive prescription we could have lost our baby and neither of us had drug coverage at the time and was completely killing us financially and mentally that if it wasent for Wahab that did litterly every and anything possible to help us we probably would not have our beautiful wonderful babygirl today and there is no amount of gratefulness and appreciation that can be repaid for what this man did for us.

I called for a last minute prescription refill and Mr. Wahhab made my medicine ready within 15 minutes! Huge shoutout to Wahab, pharmacist/owner, who worked past closing time to prescribe and compound an antibiotic prescription for my son while we were on holiday near Kingston. Wahab took the time to discuss over the phone and create a patient profile. Since it was for a tick bite/Lyme disease prophylaxis and time was of the essence, he prioritized this prescription into his workflow and I was very grateful for this professionalism and service. I'm bowled over by Wahab and West Side Pharmacy. I needed a compounded prescription delivered, things got delayed, Wahab took a country drive, way out of his way, to deliver it. My cat was ecstatic to meet him, and I'm in some kind of fluttering trance. Kindness, intuition , intelligence and compassion all the way. Thank you Wahab, you, your staff and pharmacy are gems. I have been going here for a few years now. Two things make this place great, first the owner is awesome. He is so nice, kind and friendly and the second is the reasonable prices. I guarantee he is the lowest price in town. He even does pet meds! It is a small pharmacy so it is very personable you can get the normal things there but none of the big box store stuff. Love it!

Service is excellent. The pharmacist will take time to discuss issues around any new medications. He is happy to answer any questions you have. This is a true pharmacy that focuses on just providing medications. One thing to note is that on Fridays between 1 and 3 the pharmacy is closed for lunch. All other days have no breaks like that.
