Horrible customer service!!! Yesterday I was in a hurry to get to my bachelorette party I had one hour to go buy something so I literally had to get in and get out I purchased over 150.00 part of the order was some shoes that I got it said that they were a size 8 which the weren't! I got to the place where I was gonna change and I try the dang shoes on and they fit me like they were a size 10 or something, not only that but I saw they already looked worn but since I was in a hurry I didn't see it in the beginning! I go back today and try to exchange them and at this location they tell me that they can't take them back because they are already worn. It's like duh moron thats one of the reasons I'm returning them! They said "we have very strict policies we can't return something we can't resale" and I'm like well why the hell did you resale already worn shoes to me! They said I don't know I didn't sell them to you. So they did absolutely nothing to help me at all! And that was talking to the manager! I will never return to this place!

Was shopping for a nice suit for an interview, at an affordable price. Checked a few other shops at Northstar Mall, everything was insanely priced and didn't really match the style I wanted. H&M if I had made it my first stop would have been 100 times better. I found several suits affordably priced that looked amazing, and was able to get a discount with an online coupon to boot. The sales person was helpful in getting me to get that coupon applied to save me more money, which was greatly appreciated because I would say he saved me another 20 bucks on the purchase just by letting me know otherwise I might have not known at all about the discount. Great service and well kept. Not quite a regular shopping spot for me, but if I do need something premium like a nice suit jacket, I'll head here.

I really enjoy this H&M. The one at La Cantera is nice too. However, this one is much more organized. Clothes are either on a hanger or shelf like they're actually supposed to be. I like how the store is divided by 2 floors. Men's on the top floor and women's on the bottom floor. This landscape really helps out with space whenever you go shopping at this store during peak sales times. The staff is non-existent sometimes, but if you're a frequent flyer like myself, that's not and issue because you know where everything is. However, if you're not, that might be a problem. Overall, I really like this store and really love the brand altogether. Inexpensive clothes with not so mediocre quality!

tammy the “supervisor” is rude and shouldn’t work here. we had a very disappointing experience in the fitting room at this location which makes me not want to shop here anymore. she refused to let me into the fitting room with my family while other people were allowed to go in together. i asked why she wouldn’t let me go in with my family and her response was “because it’s our policy.” she became increasingly rude and when i asked for her name she told me tammy and then also smugly said “i am the supervisor here so you can write that down too.” what sad and terrible customer service.

The employees at this location are rude, and awkward. Managers are rude and always seem bothered. The tall African American girl working the fitting room today was extremely rude for no reason when I first walked in. I even said thank you leaving the fitting room and she ignored me. I don’t understand why people who don’t like people get customer service jobs. She lacks basic customer service and people skills and I’m confused as to how she even got the position. There was one nice employee at the register on the first floor and she told me she was new.

Bad customer service. I loved a dress on a mannequin and realized the mannequin had the last size small on. Asked a employee if i could get the dress off the mannequin and the employee refused and said i could come back the next day bc they wont change the mannequins outfit until the next day. Ive never been refused something off a mannequin. Employee was really rude too. Needs to work in a place that dosent deal with retail or simple requests from customers

First time at this H&M and all I got to say is for the male departments they’re stacked with a whole lot of selection you can pick from. Most stores I go to don’t have anything really to choose but this one took me about 2 hrs to decide cause I just wanted it all. Hit up JG or Justin and he’ll make sure you get taken care of with their rewards program and overall excellent service. Thanks JG for making this shopping experience awesome

Store was a bit messy. Clothing was a little disorganized but the check out line was pretty fast. The cashier was really nice and shared with me how I can save money on my purchase. I appreciated this info. No one asked if I needed help when I was shopping and no one greeted me at the entrance. My experience at this store was ok. Not too crazy about the clothing selection. Sizes run a bit small in case you wondered. Happy shopping.

Lost my I phone today around 1pm. I had shopped in H&M so I checked there even though I doubted I’d lost it at your shop. Your manager was very sweet and truly concerned with helping me find it. I actually found the phone elsewhere but wanted you to know the extraordinary service I got today! Congrats on having such great management.

Online, the sizing goes up to a 4XL. I have personally never seen a plus size section here, and from what I have seen, clothes here rarely go to an XL. I understand that you can’t stock every size, but with San Antonio being one of the “fattest” cities in the us, it would make sense to at least have a plus size section.

I have applied at this location several time and each time I get a rejection email, I have 15 years or retail experience plus management. They post hiring now but reject the ones who actually want to work. Explain that to me please. I even visit and they refused to let me speak to someone of management.

Great employees! I came here on june and bought some products, i didnt know i could collect points in my H&M account if my account was from Mexico, the staff (a young man) explained to me that i could. He even help me connect to the Store wifi and waited patiently until i logged in and gave him my code!

Unfortunately, we went on the tax-free weekend, so it was packed. We still found goodies, but I'm never shopping on that weekend again. It was too hot in there. I love H&M. But today was not a good day for me. It had nothing to do with them. I will probably go back next weekend.

Great place a little low on the shirts iwas looking for, I o my found one. Being super thin because of medical reasons it's hard to find my size. They have good service and great prices & members discounts. Check it out!

Beautiful store upstairs and downstairs, the mens department is very organized and the employees very helpful, great sales on hard to find jeans and tops, very European design and styles, very happy.North Star location.

Good selection of men's and women's clothing but the store is a bit unorganized when it comes to looking for a specific show size. I had to dig through a pile of shoes just to try to find what I was looking for

Worst of all H&M stores in San Antonio (possibly the country). Save yourself the trouble and make the drive to La Canterra. Employees here are rude and act like they're doing you a favor by checking you out.

Went with my son so he could get the jacket he's been wanting, they had it in stock and while i waited for him i found a vest i totally loved and it was marked down from $49-$15!! Yay

Great customer service, the person behind the counter wasn't able to help with some issues I had with a return but was happy to get a manger and we were able to resolve it in the end.

Great prices and not so crowded. It was very clean, the staff was helpful and zero troubles. Best part was no overly loud music blaring like many of the other stores in the mall.

It was fine, a bit understaffed for a Sunday at the front register. Short selection was weak, but summer is winding down...but it's also Texas. Josh was nice.

Visited the one in Galleria a few weeks ago was shocked at their low prices. Not as large of a selection as department stores but I love for work clothes

Downside is that they never have enough people on registers. You have to wait forever to check out anything. Dressing rooms are always super messy too.

Upon checking out, was offered a discount only if I signed with my personal info. They refused a military discount if that's important to you.
