This store always has the worst customer service, not only are they not willing to help you they never know where anything is and the manager is completely helpless. No manager experience what so ever. Argumentative and sarcastic about policy’s that she failed to comprehend during her 12 minute orientation.

This location is always clean and has plenty of choices to choose from. We are always able to find at least something to choose from. They normally have a good choice of soild color t shirts to choose from for a great price. Which I absolutely love because I have to have should color shirts for work.

Worst customer service ever. The clothes is cute and that is all. I was humiliated in front of everyone by a cashier who wouldn't give me cash back after I explained my debit card was stolen and there was no way to put money back on a card. Proof wasn't good enough. I drove across town for nothing.

Admittedly, I am not part of their target demographic, but they can be a good place to shop for basics. Occasionally you can get some really good deals as well. There's not a ton of stuff that appeals to me style-wise, but the few things I've gotten have held up well and been good quality.

The La Cantera location is the best in town. They have great prices for children's clothing and adults as well, but the kid's section is great. We shop there often for our sons. The only thing is checkout takes a while even with 3-4 cashiers working at the same time.
