Absolutely horrifying experience! I went to the emergency room because i suspected I might have a miscarriage. I was 13 weeks pregnant, crying and trying to manage my pain in the waiting room for 5 hours. I was basically having my miscarriage right there in the waiting room without any assistance whatsoever. Felt like an animal!!! Why you even call it a emergency room when you leave a pregnant woman in distress having her loose her baby in front of complete stranger's?! The only person that helped me was another patient who started to ask someone to help me because I was definitely in need of medical help right away. Nobody came and I went to the emergency room toilet to bleed. I was Left to bleed in the toilet and had my miscarriage there. I can't describe how traumatized I am. I just lost my baby in the toilet?!?!? And you call that an emergency room? What an insult!! After that they finally gave me a room and a small pad to stop the bleeding ? I lost Soo much blood! It was everywhere!! And you give me a pad and try to tell me it is all natural?! Is that the best our health system is capable?!?! I know it is natural thank you. What is not natural is to leave me have my miscarriage on your waiting room and in the toilet. Absolutely horrible and discusting!! And after all this ordeal they told me to come back for blood check 2 days after, which was absolutely unnecessary because yet again the service was 0. I am still weak after the miscarriage and waited 7 hours just to be told absolutely nothing. Horrible experience!!

Came in by ambulance, not by choice thats where they took me, hunched over and couldnt walk not able to move my back. They didn't give me any pain medication and waited 7 hours hunched over in a wheelchair. Triage and registration nurses were friendly but when I finally got to see a doctor that's why I give the 1 star. Having a history with ovarian cysts I told her that it's the same pain and expected her to run tests. She didn't do any of that and said that I sprained my back which I said I've sprained my back before and it's not the same pain. I'm in so much pain so my mom is speaking majority for me and she doesn't speak French, the doctor then told us I've never met someone who doesn't speak French we should learn a couple words, I'm bilingual but my mother isn't. She then proceeded to tell me that I needed to lose weight because being the weight I am isn't helping. I'm a good weight for my height and I work constantly and am moving. We took a taxi to the Royal Victoria hospital and it's an amazing hospital great staff and they really take care of you and they were disgusted with how Lachine hospital treated me. It turns out that I had cysts that ruptured so it was not a sprain she just didn't want to deal with me. I understand that there is only 1 doctor and it can be stressful but in any customer service job the client you are dealing at that moment is your priority.

so called dr' naveed alam seems to think its okay to instruct a patient to lie about the cause of injury. To claim a freezer lifting neck/shoulder injury is from 'basketball'. To cut off a patient from speaking and write a referal to sports medicine. His 'work' was done in a couple minutes. Left the room saying 'remember, the story is basketball' The referal doesnt apply and cant be used. 3 months later, no other 'so called dr' within the muhc will even hear a word about my neck injury. Repeating the lies of their collegues.(their primary focus is to cover up for each other) Quintal and munden at qehc went as far as claiming 'patient refused referal because he claims dr alam was hitting on him'. After being told repetedly what really happened. Funny that all you need to do is call the nurse at sports medicine to find the truth. Gross malpractice. pic below: is this a normal alignment for c2 spinous process? AND ??? YOU ARE PAST THE LEGAL LIMIT TO ANSWER TO MY FORMAL COMPLAINTS. EXPLAIN YOURSELVES.

Nurses and checkup -> very quick but they don’t explain what they’re doing to me. The nurse took a blood sample on me and It left me a big bruise! They don’t even tell me any results after checking my blood pressure. Organization is really bad. I waited 6 hours for the doctor. ridiculous. For 6hours long wait. I get to see the doctor for only 3 minutes. Didn’t took me seriously. She didn’t really do much. I say that I am in pain and in discomfort. Wasted my time and I’m still in pain and discomfort. She just told me to take Advil and wait til it goes away. Didn’t really explain much , didn’t seems to know what really is the problem on me. Then she goes back to computer and doesn’t even let me know we were done already. What kind of doctor quack is this. Disappointing. Unprofessional. Now I’m really unsure If I’m really okay or not because It’s really not normal how I’m feeling.

Most people experience some degree of financial hardship when they seek treatment for a health problem. RAMQ ensures that all people, irrespective of socioeconomic status, do not suffer much of a burden. Moreover, the RAMQ doed not exclude anyone based upon preexisting health conditions. Lachine General Hospital is just one of the many healthcare facilities in Quebec providing evaluations and treatments for health concerns. Sadly, only a small proportion of our tax dollars go to maintaining and improving healthcare. This led to unfortunate outcomes during the first months of the pandemic; citizens realised that resources were thinly streched BEFORE we were affected by the global pandemic. Now that we know more resources should be invested in healthcare, perhaps we are willing to realise this common goal to improve our healthcare. Thank you for reading my TED talk.

I’ve always been treated at the JGH and loved it until I had to be admitted to Lachine hospital emergency and wow!!!! I was in the greatest pain of my life and I’m not saying this lightly. And Dr. Julien-Houle Dorval came to rescue!!!! I The pain was so bad that I even thought of ending my life if I were to live one more day or night feeling like that. The entire team of nurses and Drs were Angels from God and yes that’s what it felt like for me! I began to observe their behaviour with other patients and yes I was no especial!!! They were genuinely nice and caring to everyone!! I’d never go to any other hospital but Lachine! They treated me like a humane in need and in pain!!!! Thank you so much Dr. Dorval and the entire team including the pabs… you are all bunch of angels and forever I’m grateful for everything that you do, not just for me but for everyone else

If you ever end up being sent to the radiology department and have a run in with the blonde lady at the desk, good luck! She’s rude and doesn’t really explain anything. I got my scan and was told to leave which I thought was strange as I’d not been given any information, I passed by the counter to ask if I can just leave and she said I have to go to counter 9 (not telling me what for or what to do or where it is even when asked). The lady at counter 9 was also very condescending, I had never been in a hospital before and I was quite confused with what was going on, she told me to come back tomorrow or another day but when I asked what the appointment was for she just looked at me if I was stupid. Very disappointed.. it is stressful for someone who’s never been in a hospital before and everyone should get the same treatment and service.

Went after 4 weeks of being really sick. I didn’t want to be there just as much as the incompetent and ignorant “doctor” who saw me. I couldn’t even tell her all my symptoms before I was interrupted by her telling me she’ll do a simple blood test and send me home. She told me I had gastro for the last 4 weeks. Nope. I knew it wasn’t. But she sent me anyways. Went to another hospital and diagnosed with extensive ulcerative colitis and have been in a flare up for two months. Of course she wouldn’t know cause she didn’t care enough to listen and do the right tests or refer me to the right people. Also checked my results from blood tests that day and they were terrible. I don’t know how she could be allowed to practice. Nurses were mouthy, over worked. Only positive was that it was pretty clean.

My God , I have never experienced an extreme worse emergency service like this in the whole hospital world. I mistakenly drank a bee with my wine from the same bottle , the lady bee stung me , and it’s choking me that I am losing my breath and am feeling terrible pain in my chest. I have been here for the past 4 to 5 hours and so many people who told me they have been waiting too to see the doctor for the past 8 to 9 hours. My God, this is unbelievable. What kind of hospital is Lachine hospital ? Nobody cares , nobody cares , no staff to talk to . Someone has been bleeding from the head and he complained to me that he has been waiting too . Ohhhh . Please families stay away from this hospital… It’s a vital warning . Obviously no empathy for the patients . It’s really terrible

  • Raul The Ghoul

Nurses on the 4th floor are rude, arrogant and none of them speaks English. What kind of nurse goes against doctor recommendations for things so small like hot water? If I don't want to drink icy water and the doctor IN YOUR PRESENCE allowed me to drink hot water stop forcing me to take ice cubes when the doc isn't around. Stop denying me my pain medication when I'm asking them just because you want me to walk, the doctor IN YOUR PRESENCE made it clear that if I feel pain or nausea, to take my pain meds before my God damn walk. This is not a factory not everyone respond the same to a surgery so stop following your own guidelines and start listening to the docs. I can't believe I had to complain everytime to the doc to get what he previously agreed upon in your presence.

  • felicity little

They didnt give me breakfast, lunch or dinner during the 13 hours i was there. They discharged me despite me being too dizzy and loopy to safely leave, i was stumbling and barely holding myself up, they didnt wheelchair me out. They didnt ensure that i was picked up by a taxi or a friend. They forgot to give me my Medicare card and is now insisting i pay for my own transportarion to go retrieve it despite being still in this dizzy state where its too dangerous to walk on my own and go out at 11pm at night. At one point i was having a crisis when they werent paying attention and pulled off my moniter cords and the machine was beeping for 10 minutes and no nurse or doctor came when the machine thought i was flatlining. Infact ot seems they were trying to avoid my room.

Worst hospital ever, even hospital in Grande Prairie AB not so bad! Went to ER, after I fall from the stairs, swollen ankle, can't walk. Waited for 8 hours to be seen by their "orthopedic" doctor, she even didn't look at my ankle, literally, said stand up and walk, their no fracture. I was crying in pain and said I can't walk it is too painful. She said, it's all right and send me home... in walk in clinic near my house I got referral to MRI, paid 720$ to do it fast and surprise, surprise they found fracture in the bone and high grade ligament tear! Almost two weeks I spend without the cast, because in the hospital they didn't do their job properly! Now 4 more weeks at least I need to go with a cast. Terrible!

  • Marisa Della Rocca

Worst hospital experience and I am still here. Been here 8 hours and advised the nurse that I believe I have cellulitis. This can be life threatening if treatment is delayed to long. I've been waiting for 8 hours. Made some friends in emerg..... One lady has been here 12 hours with internal bleading.... I understand prioritizing but seriously!! Triage nurse quite nasty as well and zero sympathy. Will never come to this hospital again. I would normally go to Ontario but because I was downtown and Statcare and Lakeshore were not taking anyone else I was told to come here. One doctor on staff for all of Saturday.

  • Koko

  • truther Wiseman

Worst experience ever, staff rude, security guard trying to be bossy when it's not his job, i try to call my mate at the emergency for the past 3 hours NO CHANCE, since it' COVID time they kick me out of the hospital with NO FOLLOW up. THERE was 1 GOOD nurse that saw me anxious and got me to see my husband before they kick me out, this is the worst experience i ever had and IF ANY DEMOCRATS talk to me again how GREAT FREE healthcare is in CANADA I might jut punch them in the face (sarcasm) FED-UP with that third world country system, PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE PLEASE CHOOSE another hospital !

  • Ciru Kinyanjui

Today December 9th after waiting 45 minutes on hold a rude lady at 1pm answered and rushed me off the phone. I had several questions concerning my past visit and have been waiting for a phone call regarding test results. I do not see how you can expect a person who is sick to be okay with the way I was rushed off the phone. That means I now have to go to the hospital once more in person to speak to someone directly because the lady had no patients or etiquette. I was speaking to the emergency room and if that’s the people you employee no wonder people are annoyed and unsatisfied.

  • Morgan Cowan

Worst hospital ever, went twice, once for chest pains and anxiety attack and another one for abdominal and back pains, couldn't walk, was hunched back for hours, puked in the waiting room several times because of the pain, and never ended up taking me in nor even giving me medication for the pain, was there for 7 hours. Still didn't see the doctor, i ended up leaving at 3 am to go to Lakeshore hospital instead and they took me in right away because they found Stones in my gallbladder and it was severely inflamed and was able to give me a date for my surgery.

  • devon smith

Spent 12 hours waiting to see someone, vitals checked 3 times early on. People started walking out going elsewhere. No nurses or staff to be seen anywhere for hours. Empty rooms, hallways it was a ghost town. When I finally saw the doctor i was dismissed and made to feel small. I felt embarrassed and when leaving the doctor made a sly comment about me in french to the nurse. I heard what he said and felt humiliated. I cannot believe this hospital exists, a place that should help people does the complete opposite.

  • E J

Although I saw a lots of negative reviews, I have decided to go here as other hospitals had even worse reviews. I broke my elbow so I went to ER around 6am and it “only” took me ~2h30mins to see a nurse, doctor and take X-rays. After 1week later, I got a call for the appointment with orthopedist. Maybe I was super lucky but felt like they want to improve their services and long wait time. Overall I was very satisfied as my previous experience with ER (in downtown) was 13hrs (few years ago)

  • Shaheen Haslani

Went for MRI last Thursday 19 May at 7AM. I was totally nervous and scared of that machine. At some point before the test,I was deciding to cancel and go back. But the technician staff there was so helpful and empathetic that the test looked like a breeze. I have no words to thank this person, I forgot his name , though I remember it starts with letter P. God bless this soul. He has right combination traits of knowledge and empathy needed to give excellent patient experience.

  • Kasia Sanscartier

Been here for over 10hrs, which is pretty standard in Québec, but I've asked for water & Tylenol & haven't been given either for hours (I'm just in the waiting room). The staff is rude (other than a few of the nurses), the EP is actually a temporary wing & is super run down & very uncomfortable. It's quite shocking how small they manage to make you feel when they're supposed to be trained medical staff. This is my second very bad experience here.

  • shayna angers

Wose experiance even i lived in lachine all my life ive had 1 friends die from waiting in triage because she wasnt "important enough " my other friend had a sugery and they closed her up with sugical instuments inside her body needless to say shes dead ...as for myself they laughed in my face about my pain and refused to help me but instead kept pushing down the waiting list im never doing this again everyone in triage was the worse

  • Aymara Agreda

I want to express my gratitude to Dr Court and all the staff and personnel in Hospital Lachine that took care of me during a recent bariatric surgery. The care and treatment I received was excellent. Since pre-op, admission, surgery and release from the hospital was excellent. On a particular note, the kind words and attention from Mildred, one of the nurses meant the world to me! Gracias!! Thank you! Merci beaucoup!

  • Marian Bulford

My husband had day surgery operation on the 8th December, 2022.He was the first patient that day, and I have to say, the staff, the surgeon even the anaesthetist were just OUTSTANDING!! So kind, and compassionate and tended to his every move. THANK YOU ALL for making the day a good one, and for making us feel not so nervous and stressed. We cannot thank you enough. THIS is how a hospital should be run.

  • OLABISI OLALEYE

Currently it is under renovation. It appears all the staff have undergone customer service training especially front desk as they are more approachable, smiling and willing to assist unlike 2019. A very good improvement and a plus to the management of the hospital. Highly impressive. Wait time is not that long and it may also be due to the Covid-19. However, time will tell. 5 star to this hospital.

  • Robert Mindbender

I havent been to many hospitals, but this one is the best I've been to. Had to go to emergancy twice in 2 days, and here they rock and roll, everyone was super nice and was able to communicate in English. Tried lasalle the day before and waited 7 hours with zero attention, meanwhile in lachine I was in, saw everyone I needed to see, 2 blood tests, and xrays all within 5 hours time, and out.

  • shibel 39

The staff works really hard. Not sure about the doctor I saw in emergency. She didn't touch the spot where it hurt to check it, she pounded on my back where kidneys are and said my kidneys were okay, gave me a urine test, painkillers and a referral for a physiotherapist. Poor lady in the waiting room though. Waited hours and her hand was broken. Have to wonder about the triage process.

  • Matis sEb

6 hours of waiting to stitch up a wound where you can see my finger tendons! Very bad experience at emergency… When asking (the answer is did you take tynelol?) At about 3 hours they add one more bandage wrap due to bleeding and then wait for the doctor….seriously? Only one doctor working for about 30 and more patients ! After asking more again waiting for night shift doctor to come…

  • wayne glasgow

This hospital is the worst hospital the waiting hour is minimum 12 hours it's very un sanitary the staff is very disrespectful they dont care just working for a paycheck the nurse told us if we don't like it go elsewhere plz plz beware of this place for the sake of your love ones if your extremely sick this is not the hospital to be your most likely going to die

  • Israa

Ok, so I came into the ED at 12pm, I was called in at 3pm to see a doctor. He was very cold, he is probably very tired but definitely not the best to see. The nurse was very kind and sweet. Its 5pm now and I didn't get my blood work results. So, I leave it to you to judge, if you wanna come here or not. But definitely plan for a whole day loss in this place.

  • Bran

Ever been to a hospital where nurses lie and orderlies completely ignore you ? Ever seen a diabetic be given no food for 24 hours ? Come on down to Lachine Hospital. Where third world country standards are given by disgruntled over worked and short staffed employees. The same employees who trash and blame the doctors for their inefficient and broken system.

  • Michael Di Rienzo

Been here 3 hours . Only 1 doctor on duty. Nurse was very nice. The floors are very very dirty and the garbage cans were not emptied because there are fruit flies in tge waitingroom area of the.emergency ward a real pain. I expect that in a 3rd world country or a war risden battle zone. Not here. Hospitals have to be spi5ck and span clean. Garbage emptied.

  • Gerry Pryor

I had an MRI in late January at Lachine Hospital, my first time going there. The security was helpful, admissions card efficient and the MRI technician Krikor, was super patient getting me a blanket and explaining everything he was about to do! He was an attentive and kind young man! Thank You for making an intimidating situation easier! We laughed too! GP

  • J W

After 7 months of waiting, I finally had an examination in the hospital. I must admit that I was nervous at first, but the doctors and nurses were very friendly and patient. There are many inconveniences during the epidemic, and their workload is seemed very large. Everyone focuses on working. In my personal feeling, they deserve respect ✊

  • Ely Ben Mohamed

Waited quite a while (pretty standard for Quebec emergency rooms) when taking my blood test I was alone with a student nurse who poked me but then proceeded to slap the needle that was still in my arm thus erupting my vein and leaving a serious mark. Not supervised by trained nurses leaving me with pain and discomfort as a result.

  • mia jay

Absolutely worst emergency service I have ever experienced in my life. 12 hours of waiting in agonizing pain and not a single moral flinch from any of the staff. Next to none working for more than 30 people and they take frequent long breaks. Zero empathy for the patients. Zero sign of care or work ethic. Do not recommend one bit

  • Taylor Thompson

I had an emergency earlier this summer & had to be taken to this hospital by ambulance. I'm very grateful for the care I received while I was there, the nurses and doctor were all kind to me. It was a very frightening experience and it could have been much worse if the nurses weren't compassionate and caring. Thank you!

  • Dorothy Joyce

I went in for day surgery.and can only speak highlyof the staff .I.am English and had no problems relating to language The hospital.is old, but enjoyed the calm peaceful environment . No waiting times on any of my appointments .W.Would certainly recommend them Thank you all the staff & Dr Woo at Lachine hosp

  • Skot F

Visiting my dad, the nurses are great. Some can be short or abrupt but we have to understand what they have to go through on a daily basis. These people including Dr's have one of the toughest jobs. So we need to be more aware and understanding of that. The care they are giving is good in my view.

  • Joe Zhou

My wife had a deep knife cut in her finger. We went to the hospital around 10:30pm at night. After waiting for more than 10 hours, suffering no sleep, we were never called. We had to leave. If it were a private hospital, it would have been closed already. Never go to this hospital!!!!! Never!!!!

  • Lauren Venditti

My first visit to Lachine was fabulous. Security was friendly. admissions was quick and had my 1st MRI. My appt was on tine as scheduled. Krikor, the technician was extremely friendly and patient. He explained the process to me and made sure i was comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend

  • Ricky Goldstein

I went there this past week for a colonoscopy. Everyone, from the guy who gave me the hospital card, to the nurses on the 6th floor, and the nurses and doctor on the 3rd floor, were super-professional and super-friendly. And, as a bonus, we were able to find parking within walking distance.

  • H A

Had to do surgery, and throughout the whole process, the nurses as well as everyone else involved were very kind, the only flaw was the secretary who came in late to register me otherwise everything went smoothly. I realized that speaking French instead of English is a perk.

  • Stella O'Dea

Poorly managed, rude staff. If you're urgently sick I suggest the hospital in LaSalle unless you're able to wait 12 hours whole the doctors play candy crush in the back. This place is filthy on top of everything and every other day you have to use a different door.

  • Zachary Turner

Spent over 6h waiting. Called 2 other people until they called me in that time span. Waited an extra hour just to be told i need to be sent to another hospital. Only gave the extra star because the morning nurse was super sweet and understanding. Not going back.

  • Kathy Shad

Very rude and unfair native nurse as Blood test receptionist in 2th floor C4. At the first she takes the patients's ticket and then discriminates the patients to be called based on the patients' French language as priority. Very llegal behavior. She is stupid.

  • Marc-Andre Petit

Thursday august 29th I arrive at 7am and only 3 people before me. I left at noon because I lost trust in their management and competencies. Would have been faster at a clinic even without an appointment. And no I have not been called at noon.

  • Pamela Hallas

I can't say enough positive things about the staff. The triage nurse is funny, sweet and so attentive. The doctor was great and I hope they don't close at night because we need more hospitals like this. Highly recommend this hospital

  • Imad Koleilat

Cardiology dpt. Excellent staff - Mathieu was our specialized cardiologist today and he took the time to explain every thing to my father. Treated us like family. Not always do I see staff so passionate about what they do.

  • Jeff Ong

I think this is the most FU hospital. 3 days of wasted time waiting for result and tried to talk to the doctor and we got the results on Vermont Medical Center in 3 hours. My dad would have died in that freaking place.

  • hana khalili

It took just couple of days to take an appointment for MRI . The lady who work afternoon in MRI reception and the gentleman who works evening in reception in first floor are really kind, friendly and helpful. Thank you

  • S. Pearson

I visited this hospital for the first time yesterday and received excellent service from all staff members. I arrived early for my appointment, was seen early & out of the building 5 minutes before my appointment time.

  • ASHAR MOHAMED

Amazing service. Fast friendly . I was there today . Xray tech were more then amazing. Very helpful. Other staff was excellent. Dr very knowledgeable to the point. Took enough time to hear me out. God bless you all .

  • Nat C

I would like to say THANK YOU to the 5th floor staff for my dad's care ( room 501), they cleaned him and went to talk to him! Please pass them this message? I would greatly appreciated it. Thank you …

  • Shanelle P

WORST hospital EVER! I never write reviews but this is just beyond ridiculous. No one seems to know what they're doing here. Like please if you don't feel like working just go home. Don't waste people's time. UGH.

  • Abby El-Asmar

Wife waited 6 hours and never got to see a doctor. They wont even let anyone in to stay with her in the ER or give her food or water. Our healthcare system is trash and this hospital is the worst of it

  • Sunny Sean

Been waiting for 5 hours , regardless of being the first person to be here there were 6 people called that came after me and when asked the nurse they have no answer and not willing to even listen

  • anik m

I had many appointments in the radiology department and the staff are always very nice, patient and professional. Short wait. Evening appointments are well appreciated. Old but clean hospital

  • Ann Kelly

My 94 yr old father, a surgeon who dedicated his to others, was put in a room with a covid positive patient and became very sick with covid and died. No apologies from the hospital or staff.

  • Carl bourbonnais

3 weeks now I been having chest pain and coughing today I coughed blood so I came here now still waiting been 2 hours and no one has been called. I have feeling it's going to be a long wait

  • Luis Carbajo

I can't understand, I am making appointments online doesn't work, I called bye telephone waiting long time when my call was ready some voice told me everybody busy call later …

  • Ken Morrison

I stayed on the 5th floor back in early 2000. I only spoke English. I stayed for a few months. It was hell. The things I saw there! The things they did! I hope one day it all comes out!

  • Nessi Gau

Here today and they've only got one doctor in ER. The poor staff and patients... It's been 7 hours now and the physician is also responsible for any codes or ambulances that arrive.

  • Anca Baban

The waiting room is a temporary space, and soon you'll be called in for your procedure. Focus on taking care of yourself and maintaining a positive mindset throughout the process.

  • Radhanath Dasa

Waited hours just for a swollen finger. Poorly organized, take their sweet time to get things done, if you're at this hospital right now, I'd suggest you go to a different one.

  • Jeremy Prior

For me personally I found the best time to go was around midnight there's nobody in the waiting room and they're very caring and courteous they take care of you very well!?!

  • Ugo Giordano Bravoragazzo

Almost already 1h in nobody but me in the waiting room and they still didn't call my name....there literally nobody here.... What is happening in hospitals these days....

  • Juan Duque

Over 8 hours waiting for my girlfriend to be seen while she had a infection and could barely breath. 3 ppl in waiting room. Place is a complete joke. Hardly a hospital .

  • Jayden Nwoko

Very rude people and staff can’t even help someone who’s in need of medical assistance, what a shame that have unprofessional people working in this of work environment

  • KC J

Very kind and helpful staff at the hospital card desk and in the cardiology department. Wait time was short with an appointment. Free parking available around hospital.

  • Kelsey Mcpeak

Currently still waiting in the ER. One doctor for the entire ER and god forbid there's a code. (Which their was). 5 hrs and counting. Update: Still here..2 hrs laters.

  • Rupert Thieme

Went at 3 in morning for fever, was helped very quickly and professionally and friendly staff. But can imagine that in busier hours it might be crowded. Thank you!

  • Pouppa

I just want to understand what these people are always busy with since no one ever gets attended to in timely manner. the hospital is a joke so is the system.

  • Gabrielle St-Germain

Waited barely 2 hours, staff was nice and doctor was kind! I’m guessing it depends when people come in for wait time, I arrived at 7am and was out by 9am :)

I had the best experience there! The staff was incredibly friendly and competent, and I didn’t even have to wait that long in the emergency. Amazing!

They were under renovation, during a pandemic, and my CT scan went ahead precisely as scheduled. In & out, great staff, keep up the good work!

To anyone who's considering applying here, stay far away. Management is a bunch of bullies which will play mind games with you.
