Huge shout-out to this Florist. I have ordered on multiple occasions and this time around, I made a mistake. Instead of the recipient's address, I accidentally put another address in. My mistake was discovered at 5pm! I desperately called and you know what happened? They went to pick up the flowers and hand delivered them to the recipient. I couldn't believe it. I was so grateful that on incredibly sad day for my friend, Highett Florist was able to come thru and help out. Beautiful service and equally beautiful arrangements.

I went in this morning (in a mad rush) to see if I could get two corsages made for my grandparents anniversary that was due to start an hour after I walked into the store. The service here is absolutely incredible. It was a last minute thing and the lovely florist was so accommodating and made some lovely corsages. Highly recommend Highett florist. Oh I was so very happy with my buy. I had to buy 3 bouquets of flowers. I arrived early … 8:45am. Wow!! What service . The bouquets were all assembled and ready and made with respect and thought … I was out of there by 9am. I’d recommend and go back any time. Well done to these sisters who work so hard to support their business.
