I felt so unwelcome by staff in this RACV retail. There were 2 staff when I entered, while waiting I could hear one staff were taking quote for the house insurance for elderly customer. Her voice was so loud, I can hear everything which is no privacy and the way she speak as so cold. Then one more staff returned from her break and served me. I came to make international drive licence. She asked me if I have passport photos. I miss understood she was asking me my passport. She rudely collected my mistake and rejected my action. This retail is closest from my house but if I have other option, I won’t come here anymore. They need good customer service training.

I'd like to give Maria Gonzales 5 stars for her service today regarding her customer service helping us with travel insurance for our upcoming trip. Nothing was too hard for her with pleasing us. She was so helpful, pleasant and accommodating, customer service of this standard is hard to find but she definitely ticked all the boxes. Thank you Maria we will definitely come back the next time we need great service.

The customer service could be improved. It was the one line for everyone who needed assistance whether that was a quick purchase of an item or a 20min insurance application. You also have to stand at a counter when doing taking out insurance even though there were seated areas available behind the counter. Especially for people with a disability or the elderly. Quite disappointed.

I had the pleasure of receiving amazing service from Janet at RACV. Her professionalism and dedication were truly outstanding. Janet went above and beyond to ensure that all my queries were addressed promptly and efficiently. Her friendly demeanour and expert assistance made my experience exceptional. I think they have lost their way. Too focussed on the resorts instead of the customer base. I had an accident on the weekend and have tried for the last 2 days to get through to the 'emergency' number and have waited 40 mins both times. I then emailed and not heard back from that either.

Website said Highpoint hours were 9-3pm on a Saturday. Arrived at 2.10pm it was closed. On the door the hours are 10-2pm. Looked at another site it was 9-1pm. GET IT RIGHT RACV AND UPDATE ALL TRADING HOURS ON ALL STORES ON ALL WEBSITES …

1/2 Star if I could! Should be embarrassed! Called 6 times in a row. Not the first time this has happened either. Not good enough for this day in age! Losing hope in RACV even though I have been with them now for my entire adult life.

I went twice in one week and both times I waited over an hour and a half. Two staff members only working at a snails pace while the waiting line is out the door. Horrible! I hope I never have to go there again.

Staff member (Ellison) was very friendly and helpful. Noting that the current location is incorrect if saying it's outside Highpoint, the store is located inside in the north end of the centre.

To I come and I buy Insurance with this company and Dona Nguyen is served me, she is very helpful, should come and see her

Service is good in-store, but prices for general insurance are not competitive! Does RACV really need a shopfront?

It seems to take forever to be served, tho service is good when you eventually get it.
