Everyone is awesome at this mall but here. I needed help with a backpack but help never came. I finally got what I needed went to pay and was not given a receipt. I was told I wasn't a member so I could not get one. If im paying for something I expect a receipt. The girl finally printed it and threw it in my bag. took all of 2 seconds. Took all of 3seconds to hit print. Good thing I got my receipt the bag was damaged.

I've always love Hot Topic but the young lady that helped us in this store was a delight. When I pointed out a shirt with "Butter" on it to my husband (we are in late 40's) she told us it was from a kpop group. We laughed and informed her we knew it was BTS and that we saw them the first time at the Billboard Music Awards then in Chicago during the Love Yourself tour. She was impressed.

Every time I walk into this store I am filled with fear as there is only the smallest of aisles to slide your way through which means you are almost always blocking someone's way. The selection is fine; I've gotten some neat shirts here. The employees are helpful for the most part.

I went in looking for a shirt for my daughter for Christmas and Cassandra was so helpful. She has a wonderful smile and was so polite. I will definitely be returning to this location simply because Cassandra was so awesome.

One of the more disorganized Hot Topics I've been to. Small store, things not in their places. Not dirty though, and friendly staff.

Still one of my favorite stores for decades, the downtown location has the friendliest manager. Always helpful with online orders.

Everybody was polite and using all the precaution measures. Wearing mask and hand sanitizer. Plus, we got use a great coupon!!
