Normally I wouldn’t write a review, I understand perfect doesn’t exist - however last night was a huge disappointment. Our order was correct, hence the 2 stars. However from the moment we placed our order, to when we received the order was all disappointing. The order taker sounded like she was bored and didn’t want to be there. The cashier didn’t say a word and the person at the last window just told us to go to the waiting bay. We thought since we’re going to the waiting bay the order would at least be fresh. It was oilier than ever. So so cold and oily. The whopper also normally comes inside a box, but was wrapped up for some reason which made it squished. Couldn’t they have put it in an Angus box, like my order? The meat tasted old, it was old and stale. The fries were well salted, but cold. Drinks were fine. I think it’s just a matter of coaching the staff, because I have had good food here too.

I took elderly friend in her 90s there as we went to McDonalds first. Was not going to try and order by machine, so we walked out and went to Hungry Jacks. Easy to park and easily accessible for the elderly with walking trolleys. Toilets were very good as well. The young guy was very helpful with ordering as my friend asked for a cup of water and happily obliged her knowingly you have soft drink but he made her very happy with such a simple thing. That's customer service for a change. We'll done !

This hungry jack restaurant has always been a favourite of mine. For many years I have been a regular. The staff are friendly and the service is awesome with the food not taking long after order. The food is fresh, which I love. The restaurant is bright, colourful and warm, most importantly it is super clean. The food tastes really good especially the new ticket chips with the chicken salt.

Look, it's been two out of three times iv not been happy, I did give the place a few tries before I just said that's enough. The burgers I got were a grilled chicken and whopper along with the chips and drink. Two late dinner times were not the best dry, cold whopper and chips in the same place. And then the good seving was a late lunch, the same selection of food fresh chips nice hot fresh burgers.

Food was awesome staff were good. But took 4 stars off for how “disgusting” the store was from the dining tables to the tiles to the toilets. The built up grime was so bad. For a fairly new renovation it’s sad to see it so bad and shows that the owner really doesn’t care. I cringed while I was eating my food. Ive been in clearer public toilets. Love hungry jacks but would never go there again.

Very poor customer service at their Altona Meadows ‘Drive Through’. All they say is “PLACE YOUR ORDER”. No Hello, Please, Good Evening.. Anyone would think their doing us a massive favour by serving us food. We’ll HJ’s there’s plenty of alternatives. Lift your game!

This place is filthy, obvious that it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Tables and surrounds have grime build up, floor hasn’t been swept or mopped in a long time, lot of grubby marks on windows…. YUK…. Never again.

Worst coffee ever purchased a skinny cappuccino tasted like water. The restaurant is unclean and staff very unenthusiastic. They don't even have proper barristers Seven Eleven out do you forcoffee which you can taste for half the price First time last time here for coffee

That is the place you can access to the real Point Cook to get beautiful city view. In the history, this place belongs to Thomas Chirnside (1815-1887) and his brother Andrew Chirnside (1818-1890), from Scotland, founders of the "Chirnside Pastoral Empire".

This is the second time I asked for a kid meal but it had no toy in it. Partly fault coz I didn't check this time but still the staff should not forget it. Other than that all good.
