paid cash for a cheeseburger meal deal and texan burger meal deal.the operater on duty was slow and needed more training,the operater could not handle a cash sale.when my order arrived the cheeseburger was cold and the fries were also cold and overcooked.when i looked at my receipt they had charged me for another meal by 2 .when i aproached the counter to enquire no one seemed to be able to help and they walked away.when the manager came she also did not seem to get what i was trying to say,when eventualy they fixed up the overcharged account my meal which was rubbish at the start got worse at the end.if i could give half a star i would.Will not be going back.

We waited for the food for an hour, which was fine as we had ordered a lot of food, once we had gotten our order the food was cold and stiff like it had been sitting there for ages. And most of the things we had ordered we did not receive. We called the Hallam hungry jacks and instead of providing a solution they hung up so we went to the hungry jacks and the workers were rude and did not help at all. I would not recommend this hungry jacks as the customer service is really bad.

I was trying to place two separate orders today for lunch thru drive thru and i got told to come in and make the order because theirs too many cars waiting behind me waiting, I’ve done this multiple times not sure if the girls was in experienced or anything but that was just a big let down having to wait thru the drive through just to park up and go inside, and I’m in my lunch break so time is ticking! We then called to ask and they hung up mid convo, so we went back to talk we got no apology and she called us the liar and when we asked for the food that was missing they gave us cold food. New review: Yes it has changed and got much better than before. A little smile on sister's face would get another star. Old review: They almost always forget 1 item from the order list. When you pay extra for signature sauce in your burger and extra for fries. When reaching home you come to know that they didn't add in the burger and neither add extra in bag. Wt now. No body will go back there for $1 pay back. But your taste would be ruined when your taste buds waiting for spice and they get only mayo.

I went to Hungry Jacks (Hallam) with my daughter one day and we were greeted with this unsightly yet, erm premium Chicago burger. It seems like no one really cares about the quality of the food over there. I was hand balled to the assistant manager (I feel sorry for her being thrown under the bus) and after a few minutes of yes-manning and empty nods we were left with no form of replacement or any reconciliation whatsoever. OK place for Hungry Jacks. Still miss when there was the old-fashioned 80s themed restaurant and fill your own drink outside the counter. Nowadays it feels just like the average Hungry Jacks, not really special. Ordered a Large Chips once and got a small instead, went to call their phone number and no one picked up so I tend to only go when I'm really craving fried food that isn't Fish N Chips and KFC.

Just try the 5 Jack's Fried Chicken Boneless pieces, 100% not recommend, the meat pieces is barely larger than a nugget, I bet my 4 year-old boy can finish them all, maybe good for someone on diet, also the meat is very dry, and 2 pieces got no taste while the other 3 pieces are too salty, definitely not something you would expect for an $18.9 meal.

quite honestly i used to absolutely love coming here. There was an absolutely delightful young manager named Chace who i would often have take my order because he would always make sure my order was perfect, I have not seen him in a while, but lately i’ve been verbally abused quite a few times by an awful manager named Samia as i get confused quite easily.

Only on the odd occasion the food is good. Most times in drive through i get sent to the waiting bay even if its just me. And then my burgers arent that great alot of the times. Last time i got the BLAT turkish burger and my bread was so hard it was like a biscuit and this has happened a few times. More

This my third time worst experience with HUNGER JACKS I ordered spicy chicken burger in a meal and they give me water instead of sprite and the chicken is like a rubber I don’t know if it’s uncooked or something else …

Ordered a coffee & hash brown last week and the wait time was very high and after all the waiting the coffee burned my tongue, it was extremely hot. Will be great if that can improve on their time.

The staff on drive thru, need to speak more clearly it would help if everyinr working front of house spoke and understood English properly

Got my favourite whopper nice, hot and fast. The salesperson forgot to tuck in a few paper towels (work pressure I guess) and the ambience was a little bit steamy. Overall, very good .
