If you come here I suggest to come either the lunch rush or only for breakfast because the night crew are filled with incompetent workers who dropped by food and fixed it by giving me a half filled sundae of what I ordered. It’s not bad they have there moments but when they’re on the low they go even lower.

I placed an order in the drive-through and was told to wait in the waiting bay. No problems so far. 12 minutes later, I noticed that I was still waiting for my order, and other waiting bay cars had come and gone. I go into the restaurant and inform them. Only to now wait inside the restaurant for the original order. I just wanted my food. Not 20 minutes of hassle.

Waited 25 mins in drive through waiting Bay after ordering just a simple sausage muffin ad bacon on it. Watched multiple people walk in store order and leave before being brought my muffin. When I got home I opened it to find it just bread and sauce. Didn't have time to go back and fix it. What a scam. $7.00 for a slice of bread with a tiny bit of sauce on it

Ordered numerous times on menulog from this restaurant. Very disappointed I ordered a strawberry shake with my meal which I paid extra for and get a fanta!!! Not happy and alot of the time they forget a straw and dipping sauces. Have raised with menulog and hope the service improves.

The food took around 20-30 minutes to make. Service was very unpleasant and not welcoming. The machines weren’t working. Food wasn’t of good quality and had better food at other hungry jacks. 7th July 2023 10pm. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Would recommend avoiding this place

I really appreciate the staff (I think his name is Pranav?) for going through all the hassles of my order. I’ve got multiple giftcards with residual amounts that I hope to spend exhaustively. He was kind enough to help me patiently complete my payments. It was five star service at a fast food chain. Much appreciated!

I went there for a late lunch and ordered a double patty whopper meal. The patty had been sliced in two to make 2 patties but it made the meal thin. Very dishonest practise at Hungry Jacks Mount Waverley. I will be reporting to the head office for an explanation. By the way I chose to eat in the store, no knives are available for customers to use.

My husband went this morning around 6.15 orderded 2 burgers and one hash brown and the buns are absolutely burnt. Not acceptable at all. This is what you and your employees will feed your kids too? No right then why don't you make good food others kid/peoples. Absolutely disgusting experience.

Prompt service and food delivery in restaurant. Burger partially deconstructed as an added bonus I guess. No warmth to burger at all. Dirty restaurant with not a clean table to be found. Despite four staff behind counter plus manager, no one attended to restaurant cleanliness.

The guy called pranav has got a very wrong attitude towards the customers. Felt like he's being really rude. I am also an employee at a fast food restaurant and the 1st thing we learned was to treat the customers nicely.

Understaffed. Waited behind counter with many people for a solid 20 mins and the poor staff just looked like they were so overwhelmed with all the orders, in the end walked out coz even if they took my order I’d probably be waiting an hour minimum from the looks of things.

I always get just quite opposite what i order,i order grilled chicken burger with no sause i get sause, i ordered large fries they give me small fries, i order egg with no becon they give with becom. Highly disappointed. Requesting manager to keep good staff. More
