Ordered some vegan burgers in a meal from the local hungry jacks store in scoreby. Overall, it was a predefined expectation of the quality of food, and it wasn't a great feeling post spending a lot of money on those mediocre burgers. Off late Hungry Jacks has been quite a rip-off, must say, for the money spent on Hungry Jacks, it's worth trying independently managed burger joints across the Rowville/Scoreby area. The idea is not to criticise the HJ food or its lovers. Truly, I am a fan of HJ food, but going forward, I won't end up spending so much on these generic burgers. On the contrary, McDonalds still leads as a fast food joint in my view. Good luck to the HJ lovers!

Good Friday is when I'm posting this and when I got there at 11:30 am I asked for the Pulled Beef snackbox, and they tell me they got the pulled beef but not the cheese and BBQ sauce toppings to go with it. So I decided to get Super stunner meals instead of them and ask them to exchange the drumstick mini for small sundae which can be done as said on the menu, but I was charged an extra 50c for Oreo which turned out to be for an Oreo Storm even though what I got was a sundae. For the chicken snack boxes I asked for Sweet Chilli sauce and they said they didn't have so I asked for spicy sauce instead. When I got home I was shocked to see they didn't include it. Not only did they not have what I want at an early time they should have had, but I also ended up paying more for less. The food and such was good but still, this is unacceptable. Why be open on a holiday and not have all the food items stocked up, especially if it a promotional item.

I went into the store Friday night around 8:45 to pick up an order, the young lady who was at front had completely ignored me, when I said “excuse me” she turned back staring at me saying “im doing something else” and then turned back wiping table. When she finally finishing wiping table she looked at my order number and told me its ready, then she walked to the back kitchen, another girl came out had another look at my order and then handed to - the food was right behind the coffee machine - but the previous rude young lady didnt want to hand it to me, she walked back asked her colleague to do so. What a ridiculous experience at this Hungry Jacks. This rude young lady: if you dont enjoy your current job please resolve with your manager, dont be so rude to consumers and make other people dont enjoy coming into this store.

Look I'm a big fan of hungry jacks and I do visit this store quiet often, this visit was not usual for this store but then again neither was the time I was there it was mid morning about 3 am I ordered a chicken burger meal after a 10 minute wait not unexpected at all I was disappointed to find although the chicken wasn't raw it wasn't cooked either. So note to self don't get chicken in the wee hours of the morning. I've given e stars to a store I would normally give 4 to 4 1/2 for the reason of if you are going to offer an 24 hour service get it right if some products are unviable, take them off the menu.

Worst store in history. Don't expect to get your meal in anyway kind of reasonable time. Always horribly assembled burgers. Missing ingredients, covered in a litre of Mayo, stale bread, etc Something is always out of stock or out of order. Did I mention the wait times? Given up on this store. It's quicker to go to Wellington Rd store and back. Night staff will ignore you at the counter for 10+ minutes. Drive though will pump you out but you'll end up walking in anyway to ask where you meal is. Long story short.. just don't bother.

Treating customer like no respect no smile and rude behaviour No ice creams, if they got machine perfect icecream taste like a water. coke and fanta is only name its always mixed with water. Was good until our order got lost between the order screen they want you to use and the counter. After people who ordered after us received their food we asked what happened to ours they found it and processed our order which was already paid for their excuse was "sometimes the orders don't come through" . Won't be going back to that one in a hurry.

The girl at the window today got the order wrong 4 times. 4. It was a simple kids nugget meal with sprite and a whopper. I got charged and given a large nugget meal and a large whopper meal after I told her at the Window 3 times - the correct order. Lord how hard is it to get an order when the person is right infront by of you - and repeats it 3 times. Won’t be back - poor kid obviously isn’t cut out for customer service and it impedes the sale and service at this store.

Horrible experience. Came to drive thru as I was in a rush. Only one staff member running between counter and drive thru because hungry jacks is too pov to pay Sunday rates. Took 15 minutes to get a simple bacon and egg roll and a coffee. Only realised two hours later when I checked my wallet that the staff member had only given me 15 dollars change instead of 35. I don't blame her though I blame poor management not employing enough staff. Won't be coming back .

Very small store with limited parking and almost no seating, like most stores attached to petrol stations. Was quite busy when we ordered a take away lunch for 3 people. Quick service with a smile, our Chicago Burgers were OK, but chips were EXTREMELY salty and only borderline edible. Bit of a quality control lapse. It's a convenient location as part of a Shell//Coles Express Petrol Station and there is a Subway next door to the Hungry Jacks.

Ordered online and drove through drive thru to pick up. 2 cars in front of me. Took 10 minutes to get to the window. Another 3 minutes waiting at the window. Received food and drove off. Checked food in car park and found 1 x large chips missing. Walked back into store and picked up missing chips. Food warm to cold when got home. 5 minute drive. Under staffed.

Manager says "no shake, no sundae" when I asked for a chocolate shake with my meal. Wasn't told the price of my meal at speakerbox or counter. Go to pay with my card. Manager takes card off me and paywaves without saying a word, hands card back closes window. Not offered receipt, not asked If paywave was okay. Took about 10 minutes for a burger and nuggets. Manager hands me meal and says "enjoy". No sorry about the wait or anything.

A boy called Marco served me at Hungry Jack's in Scoresby and i have to say that I was completely blown away by his impeccable service! He was very kind to me and every other customer in the store. The store was packed but he just kept his cool. I will definitely be returning to this location! He also reminded me of the basketball player Kobe!

Put in an order for 5 people in the drive thru, got home to find we were given 2 bbq cheese burgers instead of 2 chicken royales, missing a serve of chips, tomato on the whoppers when we requested they don’t have it, and no ice in the drinks so they were room temperature and flat and barely drinkable. Also, why do you seem to get more chips in the small size than the medium size?

One of the best fast food establishments. Especially I love the Chicken nuggets and the Soft Ice creams. The Chicken nuggets are really soft, juicy and have a very light flavour of chilli, which I love. Overall a good place to eat, if you have less time to spend. Service is good as usual. Food really stands out compared to Macca’s and KFC. Would definitely recommend.

Hungry Jack's is one of those places where you pretty much know what you are getting. It is this formula that makes them popular! Food aimed and produced for the masses at a reasonable price. No it's not healthy but it hurts the spot. I've never had issue with this store, even with some of the complicated additions/substractions my kids insist on.

Not bad for a quick take away, I do prefer something a little more of a variety. But as we were wanting something late at night or early in the morning rather, this is one of the places opened. At this time of the morning, everything is cook fresh, so you know that it's going to taste a lot better. Appreciate that the food was hot and fresh.

Everytime I go there, the manager can't understand my English. I have to repeat constantly "add onions to bacon deluxe" never get onions, but 20 questions, no sauce? No chips? No salad? No drink? Nooooooooooo, I just want to add onions!!!!!!!!!! Ok, I can't understand, please drive to window. I repeat 6 times again, never ever get the onions

It’s a good hungry jacks, service is good. Always busy. It’s definitely a grab and go venue, not dine in. They make a good coffee and food is always hot and fresh

Had a very bad experience today. Ordered a frozen Coke. The manager filled half full and I asked her if she could top it up . And she said "we don't do top up" I thought to myself " what the hell" If only the so manager fill it up properly in the first place , I would not have to ask. The manager had no idea about customer services all.

I went in here for a quick lunch. Didn't realize how small it was. Didnt stay for that reason but the lady who served me was lovely. Didnt do anything special just was very friendly to myself, my boyfriend and the other customers. This is how all staff should treat customers.

I had to wait to be served. The staff or the back weren't interested in serving me even though I am sure that I was seen. I had to wait for the manager to come into the store. The score of 3 was for the food, which was hot, crisp and fresh when it arrived. C'mon team. You could do a lot better with little extra effort.

Worst customer service ever! Ordered 2 peri peri meals and got burgers with no sauce. Went back to the store. One of the buns were already eaten half way and what they did was put sauce in the middle of the half eaten bun. Terrible customer support and no apology was made. Extremely slow, never had to wait so long for two kids meals, we were first in line and there was no dine in service and they still managed to mess up the order on the cheese Burger kids meal. I wonder how they would do if there was a rush.

A little small and cramp next to a somewhat healthier option being Subway but nevertheless the burgers are always better at HJs and this time that's what I was craving and wasn't disappointed when I received my order. Customer service was met with a smile and my choice off the menu didn't feel rushed

Congratulations on being the slowest drive thru service I've ever experienced. I first went to the front counter waiting. Was never approached, no eye contact and staff we're out the back carrying on laughing. Just pathetic! Never again.

good stuff... i remember one night a man came in who was clearly very upset... went to order and the eftpos machine decided to act up... poor cashier caught the bad end of the stick and the man threw his credit card at her... guess he wanted to try a new form of paywave... good stuff

Will never visit this place again. Second time been there Ordered A Bacanator and received a bacon deluxe. They threw the bag on the counter. This is the second time they have given me the wrong order never again. Corner stud road and ferntree gully road H/Jack's.

Rarely does this outlet get orders correct. Rarely do they have the limited edition items. Often the frozen drinks and dessert machines are " out of order". This outlet has taken more of my money and not provided the goods any other franchise. Avoid if you can.

Atrocious customer service. 5 people stand in the kitchen doing nothing while one person serves drive thru and front desk. Staff need training as they don't seem to have a clue what they are doing at all. Made to wait almost 10 minutes for a drink, what a joke.

Burger was good. One worker was a bit curt, but Samara was an awesome worker. Atmosphere is not great, not enough seating but it is in a service station.

Very disappointing. The staff members doesn’t even know the recipe.Ordered a chicken salad and the staff member who was in the drive through confirmed there will be no bacon and forgot avocado as well. I will never ever go to this hungry jacks again.

They get the order correct (many fast food places don't) however the service is pretty slow. A number of times their drink machine has been broken and last time I had to ask for the promotional glass cups as the staff didn't give them to me.

Attached to the service station, this Hungry Jacks is quite small inside. The service was good, the meal was hot and the food was good. We've used the drive-thru once before and it could have been a bit cleaner.

Have all ways had problems with this hungry jake's every time somethings wrong cold food missing items and now a heap of spicy sauce on a burger that I didn't asked for bad hjs won't be eating from there anymore

Have never received what I actually ordered. Ask for a whopper get a chicken burger ask for a cheeseburger get a BBQ burger. Must be doing rocket science in there coz they ain't focused on the burgers.

Three times in a row my vegan cheeseburger was made with dairy products and made me incredibly sick, was also given real meat in a rebel whopper. Avoid if you have any dietary requirements.

Ive had some stale chicken nuggets in the early mornings and the ice cream machine is occasionally broken. Otherwise it's still the same cheap take away you get everywhere else.

My first time in Australia, I asked someone where can I go to taste the best burger that is uniquely Australian, that place was too far away so I went to Hungry Jack's instead.

The food is good, but the behaviour of the staff is nil... I came in with my wife, the staff were just yelling, laughing at each other very loudly, so couldn’t enjoy the food.

More of a kiosk HJs with an attached Shell servo and Subway. Has a drive thru as well. We were riding with the kids, so just went in for some frozen cokes. Very slow service.

A small Hungry Jacks attached to a service station in the subway There is a drive through here and there is very limited space if you want to sit down and eat in.

Place looks untidy, the girl serving seemed disinterested in her job, even forgetting my sweet and sour sauce for the nuggets. Only ordered nuggets and chips.

Took a long time to even co.e to the front counter. The store was dirty although toilets where slightly better. Food was average and not very warm.

No Space to sit, we had to sit in the subway and also my friend didn't even get his meal until he went up and reminded them but the food was good

Very little seating supplied, and their drinks machine was not working. However, HJ's have upped their game on the chips, they're V yummers!

If you need to stop here go here go through the drive through, we waited 7min just to be served. And when we were served 0 eye contact.

Tried the vegan burger. It was delicious. There aren't enough parking at the premises as it's shared with Coles express and Subway.

Coke tasted like petrol. Bacon deluxe, the bacon was too hard to chew and swallow. Would not recommend coming to this Hungary jacks

Used to have a worker who I enjoyed talking to. He also got my orders right, seems like this new staff keep stuffing my orders up

24 hrs and on an easy to find location. Just look for the shell petrol station. It has a drive through but it's very tight.

Hungry Jacks always seam to maintain a good experience with fast food quality and service.

We get breakfast there on Saturdays .Its always nice and hot. Just the way we like it.

Great staff and food is great. Store is a bit small but is other wise a great option
