Uber impressed so far. We have 3 cats, and a staffy, one of our cats is bloomin huuuge... Almost 8kg to be exact, while the other two are more along the lines of the average cat size of approx 4.5kg each. We were previously using frontline plus, supposedly to cover the animals as well as household areas. This was not personalised for each animal based on weights, we spoke to their team to explain how massive one of the cats is, as well as the staffy being rather chunky in weight, they told us that the pipettes would cover all sizes.... No chance, and I wasn't convinced anyway because I'm pretty sure that means it would be too high a dose for our smaller cats to be able to cover the large one! Anyhow we ended up with a full on infestation, eggs and flea dust absolutely everywhere, and bare feet on the carpet just meant bare feet covered in tiny black dots which were the larvae just hatched from the many eggs left behind, mainly from the largest cat. We couldn't afford to take the many trips to the vets it would take before they would prescribe anything for each cat and the dog (and of course the lockdown meant we couldn't anyway) So we done some research and kept seeing the itchpet ads on TV and Instagram so thought I'd compare the differences. As soon as I saw they personalised the dosages for the pets weight, I knew it would already make a big difference, and then I found out that frontline also does not treat the eggs or larvae either... Useful! Anyway we signed up for itchpet to be delivered, I love the app, as we are useless at writing it down anywhere when we did the treatment, so being able to just tick each pet on the app is so helpful! And helps ensure the next pack is sent at the right time too. We have only used it once, and just had my notification to say our next one is on its way. I hadn't even noticed it had been that long, because we are used to seeing a massive increase again in the blighters jumping on us, (not that we really saw a decrease with the previous treatment anyway). This time we have seen a huuuge difference, a massive decrease in new eggs or dust, and literally not had any jump on me or my partner for at least 3 weeks now! Next treatment is on its way, so hopefully will continue to see a massive difference in all the pets suffering and itching much less! The large cat also used to end up with a huge bald patch on the back of his neck from the frontline treatment, thankfully now he does not have this from the itchpet treatment, its lovely to see! I have seen reviews saying people appreciate the extra little treats that are sometimes added into their package, we've not had any as yet, but just to have a treatment that works, personalised for each of them is good enough for us!! Thanks!! From us, and the floofs! They really sppreciate it!!

I was very happy initially with Itch pet As it was highly convenient. On one occasion we struggled to get my cat to take a worming tablet and essentially it got moist and crumbled in food. Therefore we needed a replacement tablet. We contacted Itch pet to ask to purchase a new tablet. I was happy to pay. That's where our problems started. 1/11/20- contacted Itch pet. Got sent replacement but it was the incorrect item- a flea treatment. 4/11/20- contacted Itch pet to explain got sent replacement flea treatment not wormer. They sent a replacement...FLEA treatment again! 13/11/20 contacted and explained still need worming tablet. Spoke to Deanne. 24/11/20 recontacted and explained no replacement worming tablet has been received. Spoke to a manager via telephone (cleo) who assured me, several times, one would be sent. 2/12/20 I have yet to receive a worming tablet. I am very frustrated because I believe that usually Itch provides a good service. However I am increasingly frustrated that the customer service team seem completely unable to resolve a simple request to purchase a worming tablet! Please Help!

I had a MASSIVE flea infestation on all 5.of my cats. Because 3 of them are hunters and go out housing bringing fleas back with them and spreading it to the other animals in the house. My bed was riddled. My sofa was a hive. I tried every product I could that wouldn't break the bank. Yes advocate works and so does advantage but I set up a Pets at home subscription to get the advocate and advantage for my animals but whenever I did get the product through it was frontline or johnsons never what I asked for. I stopped paying for it because it was.pointless and started with ITCH in my last ditch effort before coming to the final conclusion of the fact i would have to go through my vet to get the stuff that worked. I must say after the first dose of hitting my cats with Itch I saw an immediate reduction in fleas. Month 2. No flea was on my pets. Month 3 I finally stopped itching from being on flea ridden furniture. A year has past and I couldnt be without ITCH. It saved my sanity, my bank balance and my pets are flea free and happy. Thank you ITCH PET

Do not recommend using this company, the only thing that seems to work are the anxiety treats but the flea treatment is a scam and we found fleas and flea bites on us after 3 months of using the treatment. We have been paying for insurance as well so naturally we felt like we didn't have to worry so much if an emergency happened. Our dog just had surgery that has cost us nearly £1000, which we have to pay in instalments as we do not have the money for it and turns out the Itch company have no recollection of us paying them so we've had to contact them and have waited over a week for a response to the issue but have had nothing. Therefore leading us to call up yet again to resolve the money issue. Money has clearly come out of the account to Itch. Once resolved we will be looking for a better company as we feel like we have not been looked after properly. Really disappointed in the service.

This is a perfect arrangement for me as I'm not a well person so it is hard for me to get out and buy the treatment so having it delivered is amazing i set up my account and the next day was flea and worm treatment was on my mat . I did have thoughts it might be a scam or gonna send me worm treatment every month and charge me whem i only need the wormer every 3 months but gladly no second month on my mat right on time was just the flea treatment they also sent little gifts ive had a sticker chart and a flea comb they send reminders when they gonna take the money which is cheaper than my vets treatment gonna try other things they do soon but defo recommend

I have bought the flea treatment for my two dogs. It took til the third month to be free of them.. I did notice that they seemed better straight away.. But two weeks in would see an odd one.. My cocker would start to scratch again near the date that they were due another treatment and i would notice fleas on her belly.. I nearly cancelled it thinking that it wasnt working.. Fourth month in and they are totally flea free.. Its worth waiting a couple of months.. I love it now dont have to worry about ot as it comnes straight through the post.. Also gonna try ear wash next month..... TRY IT. BUT BE PATIENT. ... ITS GREAT

Absolutely rubbish this company has ripped me off twice now one I paid over 40 quid and nothing arrived then they tried to insist I signed for it even tho it wasn’t my name on the signature and now they have charged me 47 pound this month alone for some cat biscuits that are complete rubbish for the amount anyway!! The flea treatment didn’t work and I used it every month! Now they said that the 20 quid for the biscuits they took this morning has been dispatched so they can’t refund me I signed up to one a month not two and now I’m 20 quid down!!! Do not use this company!!

I've been using itch for quite some time now and I can't fault them.they send me information,updates,reminders and every time I've had a query they have responded quickly and dealt with every issue to the best of their ability and always polite and friendly.products always arrive on time so remembering to medicate my pets on time is made easy.the products are good and it's something less I have to worry about I'd definitely recommend to a friend.they also give u loyalty freebies which is a nice incentive too.im happy to continue to use itch.thanku itch well done !

I used the product on my cats for 7 months, they have never had fleas prior but developed them in the 4th month of use, i was told it was my fault as they should stay inside for two days after treatment (after pushing against their customer service 'blanket' responses). I gave them the benefit of the doubt and continued treatment for three months, sprayed my house and washed all linens. They still have fleas... the brand, ease and ease of use on the web are great (although perhaps a bit wasteful of packaging). The product is very poor in my opinon

I bought itch for my dog and cat and flead both animals last weekend. A few hours after fleaing my cat he went down hill and was poorly, unfortunatly he passed away, he was completely fine before. Before he died i noticed he had sores on his neck. And my dog is still furiously scratching. Im sorry but unlike others that have done reviews on here i really CANNOT recommend itch and i wish i never used the stuff. Now i feel guilty for fleaing my cat , im not saying it was itch but its a bit of a coincidence. If i could give it no stars i would.

Loved the idea for convenience sake but the product was really terrible. Never had any fleas before (we only decided to switch products as one of the cats had an allergic reaction to our previous product) but since switching to this it's been ridiculous. Itch doesn't prevent or kill fleas at all, if anything it seems to attract them. Possibly effective against ticks though, as we haven't had any whilst using it. Also uses far too much packaging, when buying for multiple pets I don't see why they don't just package them together.

Had itch delivered for 4 months efficient service delivered to your door and great customer service, unfortunately after 4 months my 2 shihtzus got fleas and iv had to go back to the vets for tablets and treatment for the house, given 2 stars for service but product didn't work for my dogs and vets said they've had a few people come back to them after using itch. Shame really because I loved the subscription service and other products I could add on to my subscription. Back to vets vets for me.

Don't buy off this company They secretly set up a direct debit and take the money from your account. I paid for the trial and now they've taken over £36 out of my PayPal account which I've disputed. I've spoken to someone via the net at their terrible customer service who refuses to give me my money back . The stuff doesn't work and left my cat with sores. It's rubbish. As s for their reply below, that's a load of lies. They secretly set up the direct debit without asking me.

Itch....I love your branding, your packaging, your customer service even your choice of music when on hold... but the flea products themselves just don't cut it! We've used the subscription packs for 5 months and are left with a bigger flea problem than when we started despite following all advice....I've now cancelled as we really need to get our issue under control - if the products were up to scratch (excuse the pun) I would have nothing bad to say at all, it's a shame!

We love itch! Millie, our bichon cross, has been using itch for the last 5 months and she's been flea free. We use the app to tick off that we've done it and to see when the next delivery is due, you can alter your subscription on there too. We've made the most of the extra options and added worming tablets every 3 months too for an extra £2.95. Yes it's a bit more than other brands but it's so convenient, it's worth it AND they personalise the box which is super cute!

One of my cats has very sensitive skin and we've previously struggled with some of the well-known brands of flea treatment purchased via our vets, one of which was causing discomfort and blisters to form on her skin until it was thoroughly washed off. We decided to give Itch a go - reasonably priced and it comes straight to your door every month, so why not. So glad we did; no blisters, no discomfort, no itching and best of all, no fleas! Chuffed.

This is my second time using Itch now since we just got our second puppy and of course there is nowhere else I would be going to receiving flea and worm treatments. They are so efficient and delivery is always on time. I love the app as well as so easy to use and reminds me to give my puppy his treatment. The customer service are also excellent to deal with and really help with anything you need straight away. Super star service all round!!

I have 3 cats... but one of them has a serious flea allergy which leaves her bald and covered in scabs. After trying all the branded products and the vet treatments I decided to use itch pet as she was not getting any better. We've been using itch for 9 months now and my cat has no scabs and is back to her fluffy self... I cannot reccomend itch pet enough and I tell everyone about it as it has made my little fur ball happy again

This company is great, order on line, gets delivered to your house, monthly payments for 12 months, can add or remove when you want and can cancel when ever you want, I love this product better than other ones I've used for years and never had fleas or ticks with this number one product font waste your money on other costing brands ad they dont work like this stuff ITCH is number 1 all the way and great prices thank you xxx

unfortunately this product didn't work for my cats. during covid my vets practice has erratic opening hours so switched to itchpet instead of advocat. I ended up spending over £100 on flea treatment for my home as after 2 months of using itchpet I was finding fleas everywhere. I just don't the the product was effective for my cats. price and ease of delivery was very good and I know others that this product does work for.

We have a new puppy and started to use Itch for flea treatment and it has been absolutely fantastic! The ease of the website, the clarity of the instructions, the personalisation of the box. All brilliant and it shows they really care about your pet. They send regular emails to check everything is OK and if you need everything and the quality of the product is second to none. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Thinking of canceling my prescription after third month still have not seen no results of "stopping the cycle " I hover daily and keep bedding clean, bath and dry before treatments yet still comb my cat who is an indoor cat and find fleas on him. Honestly for the price its a waste of money so think I'll go bk to dog and cat flea shampoo Johnson's brand as it did better just a nightmare to bath my cat..

Not had issues with fleas before, changed to itch pet because I was taken in by the price and the ease of having it delivered every month when it was due. Since administering the first dose a month ago, all 3 of my cats are covered in fleas. It's now costing me loads of money to get rid of the fleas from my cats and my house. Definitely would not recommend at all, I'd give 0 stars if it was an option

Great company and product! We have used the flea treatment on our pup since she was 3 months old and she’s been consistently flea free. Love that it’s delivered to you every month so you always remember to keep up to date with treatments. We have recently subscribed to the Best in Show supplement as well which keeps her healthy and her coat has never looked better. Thanks Itch

I don’t understand the negative feedback from people. Every month on time I receive the product for my 2 dogs and cat and have never had a problem with worms or fleas. One month only two of the three boxes arrived, clearly one has been lost by Royal Mail but there was no quibble or investigation, they just sent another. Much easier than remembering to collect from the vet.

I use flea and wormer on my bubba, his never had fleas, but I still buy the flea stuff anyway. But I do wonder to myself how good is the flea stuff? Is it as good as front line or the other top rated flea treatment, or is like Bob Martin, that stuff is useless? Makes me wonder am I wasting money? My dog is old and don't mix with other dogs so am I just wasting good money?

I started buying the products for my dog also a few other items that I needed at the time ...its easy as it comes to you but I find it a little hard to stop the order of extra products as it seems to be on a loop with them . Overall my dog loves the treats & the flea products is great for sensitive skin dogs too, as I have a dalmatian so all good ....

The product did not work on my cat at all. In fact it seemed to make the problem worse. A week after the third treatment, using the comb you sent ( thank you ) I picked 16 of him in 20 mins of grooming, and its not effective on ticks either, having removed one from him just after the second treatment. Difficult to cancel subscription too.

I used fleas treatment for my cat for 3 months and she has more and more fleas. I unsubscribe immediately. Never had the problem before when I used other product bit more expensive but at least effective. I was attracted by the price and convenience of getting "ich" every month delivered but it is a waste of money.

lie about same day dispatch i ordered 14th thay did not ship till 17th. Then tried to blame royalmail why it was late even tho i have screenshots of the site showing the dates. Customer Service was always great, always fast to help. the whole bussiness they are selling is a steal if the product done as it says. The product didnt do anything. i tried for a around 6 months with no luck, i ended up using advantage which has been the only thing to actually work!

Purchased last month for my dog. First pack came and was administered. Since this my dog has developed itchy patches on his skin where his hair no longer grows. This month my subscription arrived, containing a completely empty vial! Still, at least it won't make his skin worse.

Vets treatment didn’t do anything for my Pablo, but Itch has really been a lifesaver! Delivered through my letter box every month with no hassle. Customer service were quick to answer my queries and were fabulous to interactive with. Pablo is flea free and one happy boy.

They have numerous hoops to go through to cancel your subscription, which results in failed cancellation, and then you get billed after you thought you did. Which they don't want to refund. Product works, delivery cute. Customer service not helpful. Sorry.

I have found customer care service excellent with any changes I’ve had to make with deliveries due to my dog not being well. The itch product has worked very well Ollie doesn’t scratch at all and I have shared this with friends to try on their animals .

Style over substance? I like the subscription idea but after a few months fleas can still be found. My vet had a look at Itch's active ingredients and said the ingredients used are outdated and recommended a stronger flea treatment (Stronghold).

Takes the effort out of visiting the vet when you know the flea treatment is going to arrive at the same time every month. My cat Rainbow barely notices when it's pipette time. Also very easy to chat to someone on their website.

Been using for years and our dog has never had fleas, so great preventative. We love how it coming through the letterbox each month is a handy reminder to apply the treatment to our dog. Very convenient and well worth it.

A week after applying flea treatment my dogs still have fleas and has caused a skin irritation which has needed treatment. Im aware others have had a good experience however I'm afraid to say it isn't right for every pet

Itch have been nothing but helpful. The products are effective and great value for money. I feel so relieved to know Laks is protected by using the flea and worming treatment and the joint supplement is excellent too.

Very efficient. Love that I get the package addressed to my pet himself and a sticker with his name on. Also it's so easy to forget when to treat them for fleas so this is ideal. Would love you to offer a wormer too.

Please please please let owners STOP buying poisonous flea treatments for your cats and dogs. There are natural holistic flea treatments widely available that do no harm to your pet. Like Biospotix. And it's cheaper.

Absolutely useless. My cat suffers from flea allergy dermatitis!. Hasnt helped her or supported her whatsoever!!. Now suffers hyperesthesia and has had flea allergic siezures due to this product!!!!!!

Used this on my Lhasa Apso. Didn't get kill the fleas and caused an awful blister where it was applied. I will stick to prescription only flea treatments going forward.
