"Absolutely disgraceful service from the staff members"
"Absolutely useless staff"
"Terrible service, floor staff are the worse I have ever experienced"
"Easily one of the worst JD's"
I came to JD Sports Omni earlier today and was trying to buy some shoes for my daughter and me. I tried some shoes on picked a size and the staff member was getting the right size for me but when we were trying to check out a customer went behind the till and took the shoes that I was buying and bought it himself. The staff members were trying to find another pair after finding out the other customer took it, but couldn’t find my size of shoes so then I left me and my daughters shoes and went out the shop. Hope this doesn’t happen again as I was very dissatisfied with my experience today
Absolutely disgraceful service from the staff members. All about 15 or 16 and the supposed manager is 18 or 19. Very young teenagers running the shop and not an actual adult in sight. No help from the staff at all, all have faces on them, smart remarks from the lot of them and all of them screaming at each other across the shop. Wouldn’t give the place to the dogs, needs new and older staff members who have plenty of experience because someone will loose the plot with them lot eventually. Wouldn’t even bother asking for help off them. None of them know what customer service is.
Absolutely useless staff. 5 people working but you have to chase them to ask for anything. Only 2 clients at the time yet I waited for almost 20min to try some €160 trainers and the trainers never came, I also had about €120 euros of clothing that left behind the till as I just walked out of the shop. Definitely go to a different JD store where staff actually want to work and care about the clients more than chatting away.
Terrible service, floor staff are the worse I have ever experienced..very young, seems like 1st job for most.. they dont know what customer service is. There doesn't seem to be a proper 'manager' in the shop.. tried it 3 times now hoping services would improve but it hasn't. That's it,never again
Easily one of the worst JD's. Staff not great, Manager not any better. Standing around 15 mins waiting for an answer. Not a great experience at all. Two staff memeber using foul language having a very open conversation around little ears. Overall bad customer service.
Just bought a pair of shoes here. Took me almost a hour to try two models. The shop assistants are so dull and careless. They hide from customers to avoid working and slack off. It’s a pity there’re lots of products and choice, where the hell is the manager?
Staff are useless!! They don’t know what they’re doing. Spent ages trying to pay for my stuff just cause they were looking for sizes for other customers. I’ve worked in JD before it’s not hard. Save your time and go to any other JD.
Asked the staff on the floor at shoe area for a size and was told to ask at the till with a huge que for a size to try on. The staff on the floor are ment to get sizes then you pay at the till. Ridiculous service
The staff seems like they are about as interested in helping you as they are in having their teeth drilled. Went to get some shoes and left after 10 or so minutes when the “employee” failed to return.
Order 2 pairs of runners and the did not come I have been on the phone 13 times and they refused to give me the money back and not being able to talk to a manager never ordering from them again….
I’m very impatient when purchasing shoes! Vincent had the patience of a saint and help me check many different sizes….thanks!!
No staff takes 30 mins to get you runners and check if sizes are available. Worst JD in Dublin.
Great experience, Zack was very helpful, professional and friendly. Will be back.
