Huge shout out to the team at Jason's for their speedy and pleasant service, and all their efforts on our behalf. I'd been trying to contact another well reviewed local plumber for help when our shower drain kept blocking up. And we had a few other less urgent items we were keen to have some help with as well. After a week of unsuccessful attempts, I had to try again and gave Jason's a call. They had someone out within the hour! The young chap who attended was courteous, considerate, and didn't seem to mind me hanging over his shoulder and learning stuff as he worked haha. We now have a fully functional shower drain (who knew THAT would feel like such a luxury! Hahaha), new grates on the floor drains which had cracked by being stepped on (thanks for investigating and hunting those down for us!), a laundry tap with brass fittings (get this done, it'd AMAZING!), and our fridge space is ready for the new fridge with water and ice maker to go in! So exciting. Not a clue whether the cost is comparable with others in the industry. This is our first foray. But I can say they favour brass over plastic, and quality over rushed from our experience. So grateful to have found a plumbing service we can trust, who's local, and who speak our language of friendly service.

I would rate my experience with Jason's Plumbing highly. Jason and his team were punctual and professional and happy to liase with our builder. We used Jason's Plumbing to relocate our water mains pipe and replace all our old galvanised pipes. There was a minor noise issue that occurred after our pipes were replaced. Which was diagnosed and fixed promptly. We are very happy with the quality of work and service provided, which you offered at a very competitive price. I would easily choose Jason's Plumbing again for any future jobs and would highly recommend you as a great local business.

“I was very happy with the service from Jason's Plumbing, when they unblocked a first floor toilet/bathroom drain for me. They let me know when they were able to come, even when delayed by another job, and then they were on time. The plumber on site was friendly and certainly knew what he was doing, looking for the less 'disruptive' option to deal with the problem. I have used Jasons Plumbing for 2 jobs in the last 2 weeks. 1 st job to install and Plumb a new bathroom vanity and the 2 nd job to Plumb and install a new kitchen sink. In good faith I didnt ask for a quote for either job. I have now received both invoices and Jasons Plumbing prices are very very competitive and you don't need to sit down before reading the total. I was Extremely impressed with the service of this business compared to the last plumbing company I will not name. Shane called me the same day as my online query, listened to the issue and offered to help. Hamish attended the property today and did everything I think a good plumber would. I really appreciated the very prompt service delivered on the day that I phoned. The tradesperson Nicole was very helpful with suggestions and we were also very happy with all the work she performed: Replaced burst hose under vanity, installed taps under each vanity so water could be turned off at the point rather than get flooded while going to the main. Replaced drain outlets with plugs in 3 vanities and replaced a 35 year old kitchen flick mixer.

Appointment was made quick & no troubles. Job was done in good time. Any questions no trouble at all. Cleaned up after job was done, which was very refreshing. Ask for a quick quote on another job & was told they couldn`t do quote themselves, but took photos & asked questions, so someone could send me a quote with my receipt, which they did no problems. Simple & i could understand it. Definitely use again without worrying how they`ll be.

Plumber was prompt (actually called to see if she was able to come about 3/4 hr early) and seemed knowledgable and friendly. She got to the source of the problem quickly and fixed the problem. She tested the the hot water for pressure and temperature to ensure I was satistified with the result. She was unable to provide me with a job cost estimate which would have been nice. Invoicing is done online but is quick and easy to use.

I had Jason's Plumbing re-do the Plumbing through out our house and fit off of the Kitchen and Bathroom and would happily refer these guys. Shane did a terrific job and the attention to detail and efforts he put into doing a thorough job were really appreciated. Being in Property Management I see contractors that are always looking to take short -cuts. Jason's Plumbing is not one of these businesses.

Great service. The plumber who came was very professional and did a tricky job in minimal time with no fuss. He had to fix up a DIY mistake I made and he did it well. Would definitely use again. The only weird thing was how much contact info was requested up front on the phone before I got a quote. In the end I got no quote but was happy with the final price.

Michael was wonderful. He was efficient, quick, and very polite, and did a great job fixing what we needed done. He was honest and told us straight up what things would cost and how big of a job they would be, and was very transparent. We would love to have him back on any of our jobs in the future! Jason's did great work clearing our storm water drains around the house. Very good price and service. Had all the right, serious equipment including inspection camera at no extra charge. Great to find this business - will now be our go- to for future plumbing work. Keep it up and I'm sure you have no shortage of word-of-mouth customers!

I have used this business twice in the last 2 months and two different technicians attended. I was impressed as both arrived exactly at the time they said they would, was very friendly and knew their job. The charges was also not excessive. I can truly recommend them. These guys are really 5 star - restored my faith in tradies - came on time when they said they would, diagnosed the problem quickly, had the parts on hand and fixed it quickly.
