I had a very poor experience with this florist. I ordered online and entered the delivery address for a gift assuming all was ok. I then got a message to advise they don’t have in stock what I ordered on their website. When I rang back they advised that the delivery address was not correct. It appears during the website transaction it had changed to my address which wasn’t clear to me. I had therefore been overcharged on the delivery. When I asked for the extra delivery fee to be put towards the flowers I was advised that they didn’t have many flowers left at 12:30pm. When I said there had been so many issues it was not a good experience and I’d prefer to cancel the order, there was no apology, I was told it wasn’t the florist’s fault and they would do the refund but charge me an admin fee for doing so.

I needed flowers delivered to my nana for her birthday and with the covid 19 its been impossible to try get her a gift and this flortist went above and beyond for her customers and they are going to drop them off to her in the own time i cant thank you enough to do that out of your own time for a customer will definitely be buying more flowers from them and again thank you so much you to have made my nana feel like she with family in such a hard time so thank you i can't even say how much my family thanks you

Just received the most beautiful flowers from Joan O’Reillys. They were delivered for Mother’s Day by a lovely delivery guy and made my wife’s day and our daughters who considered themselves in charge of the whole operation. I ordered in the shop and was given some great suggestions to create the perfect Mother’s Day flowers! Won’t be waiting until next Mother’s Day before I visit again. Flowers were beautiful and fresh, the service was poor. I was ignored when I entered (there was no other customers in the store), I stood at the front counter waiting for the staff to finish their conversation and then was rudely asked “do you need something?”, I was treated like I was a nuisance for asking for assistance.

I would like to thank Anna for her brilliant service and delivery of a very last minute order on Mother's Day morning of three bunches of flowers. I called her from the UK and she arranged delivery within hours to a local cafe in Lilydale. Highly recommend!

I ordered the teddy bear on a swing from the online arrangements and got something completely different. It would have been helpful to be told it would vary before I paid for it. The bear does not sit on a swing, it is put together on thread.

Went to buy flowers. 2.10pm- shop meant to be open till 2.30.Everything was packed up and it was too big off an effort for the lady to make new arrangement. What a joke. Terrible way to run business …
