I bought a top from here and then when I got home I realised it has 3 gaping holes in it and sweat stains, and smelt like sweat. I took it back the next day and the lady refused to give me a refund and told me the lady that sold it to me should’ve told me it was broken before selling it to me. She told me to come back when the lady would be working again, so I did and now she “doesn’t work there anymore” so they won’t give me a refund even though they Steve legally obligated to. Horrible customer service and they scam people. Do not shop here.

Would give zero stars if I could. Purchased a formal gown and was told they do not offer refunds. That’s fine. Didn’t end up wearing the dress and went back to get store credit as I was told that’s what they offer. They said the stores policy is no exchange or store credit on formal attire but everything else is fine. This is different to what I was told and explained this. She didn’t care and continued to talk over me. There was a line of people waiting so I just left. Will never shop there again. Terrible customer service.

Doesn’t even worth one star! Very rude and poor customer service. There was a damage in the dress and the lady in the shop wasn’t happy at all to consider that. Very rude and never ever go to this shop again! …

Little more one on one help would have been nice nice dresses though
