Chirnside Park - this week 9th April 2018 had to return two pairs of slacks as they did not fit when i tried them on, but i had taken the tags off but kept them and the receipt - next day 10th April I returned them to the store and the sales assistant that day was lovely and had no problem with the tags off as she could see they had not been worn. The EFTPOS machine would not allow my original card i had purchased them on to 'refund' and after many tries she suggested i come back. I returned on the 11th April and was not happy with the way the sales assistant and and another Katies assistant who appeared to be visiting the store treated me. They appeared not to believe my story of the machine declining my card to get a refund ....... the visiting assistant was quite rude in telling me coldly that 'next time dont cut off the tags' before you decide to return items. Both these women need to remember their roles in looking after a customer. I hope this gets to the right upper administration area.

Visited this morning with my elderly client, who is hard of hearing and has mobility issues. She has had some pretty careless customer service lately. So thankyou Lisa for assisting and treating her with the respect and dignity she deserves .She really enjoyed her visit to your store.

I went into Katies in Chirnside Park not knowing what I was looking for. Lisa was so good and helpful and interested in what was happening. Will definitely be going back

I like Katies Chirnside Park. The staff are nice and friendly and it is a very clean store. Wander in there about once a week
