I've just moved to the area and I am very happy with the service. I think the sales assistant was Meg very friendly and helpful. After my purchased she told me to have a nice day and I felt great when I left. I won't be shopping at any other Katie Store.

Very very rude service at Katie’s Karingal, woman told me and another customer to leave as she closes as 4:45 and claimed all stores in same company also close at same time. Ones she named have signs clearly saying they are open later, and

I went in there today with my Support Worker. I have Walking Frame due to my Illness and the Ladies working in the shop glared at me whispered between themselves. One of the Ladies Shirts was Soo badly Creased certainly needed an Iron.

Fantastic Staff, beautiful shopping experience and very helpful. I was assisting a friend in wheelchair and the staff member was very accommodating and friendly.

Katie’s online: Worst experience. The clothes are like wish. Nothing like the images. The fit is terrible.

The girls are so nice here. The sales always good. They even have nibbles and drinks for sale days.
