We have noted other people's bad experiences with the guy at this shop, who I presume is the owner, so thought we would add ours. A very abrupt and rude individual who obviously should not be involved in retail or indeed any business which incurs contact with customers. My wife who is very gentile, was looking at a bunch of flowers and happened to touch the wrapping to get a better look only to be jumped on by this guy as if she was robbing the place. He could have asked politely if he could help, but no, he chastised her to the extent of causing her to being highly upset. He continued this unacceptable approach to others as we turned round and left. We do buy flowers quite frequently and have never ever experienced such an abrupt and unacceptable attitude anywhere else over the years. He lost out on a probable transaction in excess of $100 and that was just us! I wonder how many others leave that shop without purchasing? Thank goodness we don't live in Bentleigh and have to put up with such a pig. We would give no stars if we could.

I stopped to look at the bunches of flowers at the entrance to the shop and as i soon as i picked up a bunch, a man appeared very close to me and took them out of my hand telling me that i shouldn't pick them up. I said i wanted to look at them so i could make a choice. He said "what is there to look at?" I moved my hand to pick up another bunch which was the choice i had decided on and he told me "don't do that" and again took them out of my hand. I couldn't believe what was happening. I stepped back as i felt so uncomfortable and just wanted to get away from there. He then told me to go. I said that i was going and walked away quickly. What an awful experience and an absolutely awful man. He should be held accountable for that type of intimidating behaviour.

I scrolled through a couple of these reviews and found that it’s probably the same man in every bad comment who keeps doing the same things. My mum and I went to this shop to look for some flowers and my mum just makes an innocent comment about how one of the flowers wasn’t all that fresh and he immediately told us to get out, kept saying that he didn’t like us and basically pushed us out. This man is probably the owner so he thinks he can do whatever he wants but the flowers really weren’t fresh and he didn’t even let us touch them in the first place.

I absolutely love this florist if i could do higher than 5 stars i would … the owner and his staff are so very nice and lovely the flowers he has is amazing i could never fault this florist… i most definitely love the dried arrangements they last so long and the colours are just amazing…. I highly recommend this florist as i would travel the distance to purchase from this owner and his staff where ever they go :) Keep up the amazing work you do :)

So pretty! I walked pass the store this morning and couldn’t help but go in and get a bunch of fresh flowers for home! Great range of different fresh and preserved flowers! I love every corner of the shop! They just opened 5 days ago! Lucky to have this cute flower shop in the area that I can pop in every week!

Brian used to one Helen Dillon Florist at Chadstone Shopping Centre and has now moved to Centre Road, Bentleigh. I'm so glad I have found him. He makes stunning floral and dry floral arrangements. Spectacular use of colours. He will also make custom arrangements. I give him a 10 out of 10!

Kevin did a fabulous dried arrangement for us. I dropped off the vase and showed him a photo of where it goes and he went to work! Was ready to collect in less than 24 hours. $50 for the whole thing which I thought was really reasonable. Very pleased and the whole experience was pleasant.

Brian was born to serve the public, he's such a lovely, jovial man. I have followed him from Burwood, then Chadstone and now to Bentleigh. He did my Wedding Flowers 7 1/2 years ago and if you need some particular flowers, he's your man. Nothing is a hassle. THANKYOU ALWAYS...

Stopped in for a last minute purchase for an anniversary party. My wife spotted a really nice arrangement, but we needed two! The very helpful ladies in the store put it all together for us in less than 15 minutes! Very happy customers! Thank you so much!

Bryan is the most accomodating florist I've ever met. Loved him at Chadstone and love him here (even though he's a little further away). Never ever leave feeling disappointed with my flowers. He even delivered when we couldn't leave the house. So good.

Do not go to this florist! The store owner is rude and disrespectful. I recommend going to other nicer florists along Centre Rd, Bentleigh. The wrapping on the flowers is poorly done.
