Very convenient and easy to use kiosk. The system also is supposed to save your information via fingerprint. I tried to make the same key twice, it was a special small key for a locking mailbox, and it didn't work too well. The new key went in okay but didn't turn completely. Customer service was excellent. They remade the key free of charge. The entire process was easy and efficient.

Today it is very difficult to find someone who makes copies of keys even with Yelp, Home Depot etc I went to a Thrifty and they had a machine, I was skeptical but it was so simple and the 3 copies I made all worked EXCELLENT
