Used the automatic machine at a Pavilions in Carmel valley to copy a house key. Process was quick and easy. I was a bit skeptical if the key would work manually comparing the copy to original, seeing as the grooves were very sharp and it was missing some finer slopes on the key, but it worked fine so can't complain.

Was quoted $60 for two key changes. They gave me a new door knob instead of rekeying it, and then couldn’t figure out how to change out my other lock and claimed to need replacement parts. Charged me $63 for coming out and the knob, and

I wrote a long review acknowledging how amazing this service works. Unfortunately, the review did not get submitted so I am not gonna write it again. Great product. I was not sure it was gonna work but it did.

These people are not an actual locksmith shop. They are a service that finds locksmiths that partner with them. Totally useless if you are lockong for a locksmith shop.

Super convenient and quick. I hate having to find a hardware store to make keys, now I just stop by the kiosk when I'm at the grocery store. Reasonable prices too!
