"Very nice gallery (read shop), have very nice products spanning from jewelry to linens, I would recommend this if you're looking to buy souvenirs or even just to see some beautiful handcrafts"
Superb space and I was warmly welcomed on entering. Wide range of authentic crafts items from across Africa as well as unusually delicate and finely crafted ceramics, woodwork, lace-like copper wire containers. The space is warmed by a fireplace and a small stove, and the pottery studio behind the main area was abuzz. The upstairs exhibition area is pristine in layout. Not to be missed! Too many treasures to take in all in one visit.

Fantastic collection of contemporary and historic fine crafts from South Africa and across the continent. Kim has an amazing eye, and I’m delighted with the item I found and decided to bring home with me. The only ding on the experience was that the discount generally applied to prices when one visits with a guide was not applied to my purchase.

My mother purchased one of Kim's daughter's pieces for me from the Kim Sacks Gallery two years ago. I had the pleasure of visiting this past month and was welcomed at the door by Kim herself. Kim is a wonderful and genuine woman who displays a wide variety of exquisite artwork by local artists in her gallery. If you are looking for something to do in Johannesburg, this gallery is a must-see!
Everything about our experience at Kim Sacks Gallery was beautiful. So many gorgeous and unique pieces of work. Kim coordinated with us to be open as we were only in Joburg for one day. I am so grateful to have had Kim Sacks Gallery as part of our experience.
Very nice gallery (read shop), have very nice products spanning from jewelry to linens, I would recommend this if you're looking to buy souvenirs or even just to see some beautiful handcrafts. Have parking on premises.
The gallery is located along Rosebank's Art mile. The works are both by herself and artists from across Africa who mirror her taste. It's always a delight to go there, whether to to look or to buy.
Some really great ceramic and African crafts from various countries on the continent. Lots of unique and very interesting pieces. Also a very good pottery school / classes attached to the gallery.
We absolutely enjoyed our time at Kim's gallery. She's so lovely and greeted us as we walked in. The gallery is packed with amazing art pieces. Definitely worth going there if you appreciate art
The highest quality craftsmanship and unique African goods delivered by the kindest human who if you are lucky will have time to chat with you and enjoy a cup of tea!
Nice gallery but too quiet every time I went there. Guess I prefer busy places that’s buzzing with energy and customers. Shows a good business.
This gallery stocks some of the finest South African ceramics, beautifully complimented with craft and artifacts from the African contingent.
A unique treasure house if African arts and crafts
