Lisa at the medical device portion of the clinic is incredibly helpful and friendly as soon as you come in the door. She sized my crutches for me and everything. The reason for two stars is the awful customer service experience at the pharmacy. There is a pharmacist who evaded having to engage with my friend and I who were clearly looking to ask a question. After asking for her attention the pharmacist was nothing but rude, condescending and sour toward me when I asked if they had pain medication in stock for my broken foot. She then went on a lecture regarding how the medical system in Ontario operates. It was a very weird and unpleasant experience. I would never return just out of the sheer disrespect displayed by someone in a senior role such as the pharmacist at this pharmacy.
I usually have a positive experience at my Pharmacy. Unfortunately this morning I had an unpleasant experience. When servicing the methadone clients, there should be a completely separate accommodation for regular customers. The methadone clients took over all of the waiting space. There was loud, rude, inappropriate language. My prescription coverage has to be at the pharmacy so I have to use this pharmacy. Extremely disappointed.
I was at medical arts pharmacy about 40 mins ago. Omg what Fantastic service I recieved. I was greeted & asked how to help immediately...helped me pick out the right size splint I needed, showed me how to wear it. Awesome experience...friendly, engaging the two wonderful ladies were. Sadly I didn't get the names..☹ kudos to you both. Keep up the great customer service Keep safe & keep smiling C.A
I would never go to this pharmacy again. Waited for months and months for my order (important medical supply) and called on a regular basis. 9 weeks later, after calling them for the 6th time and asking them for details on the status of my order the answer was, 'oops, we lost it, just come in again and make a new order'. They are badly organized and don't seem to care about their customers.
The Pharmacists, Assistant Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians are incredibly knowledgeable. Not only does Medical Arts Pharmacy take care of my prescriptions (and the occasional 6/49 ticket at the retail counter) they provide Flu Shots, Travel Immunization and an annual MedsCheck. They know me and my needs. I can't see myself going elsewhere, ever.
Medical Arts Pharmacy is a great local pharmacy in Kingston. They have helped me several times before and I have always been impressed by their unrivalled customer service. Today, they were able to expedite my compound prescription. Also, they are one of the few pharmacies in Kingston that does compound prescriptions!
I had a great experience at the pharmacy. I went to get travel vaccines and the Pharmacy Manager Ronish was so helpful! Him and the rest of the team were very informative, and helped me get the proper vaccines necessary for my trip. Would highly recommend!
Just a fantastic experience. Everyone was kind and helpful including the Lovell pharmacy staff, Telemedicine staff and the lovely blonde lady at the cash (owner)? Thanks for such a positive experience!
I’m a Queen’s student and my friends and I came to this pharmacy to get our travel vaccinations. Super easy process and would recommend!
The phone number directs you to Lovell Drugs and not the clinic
