Terrible customer service! Rude staff. The Post Office closed whilst trying to collect a parcel, was told to wait 10 minutes so the lady serving could take a break. I was the only person in the shop. All she had to do was hand over a parcel that I had delivered to their shop for CONVENIENCE, nothing convenient about it! Won’t go to this shop again, and if they keep treating customers badly (as reviews indicate) they’ll be out of jobs!!!

They seems to work whenever they feel like, so you always waste a trip there and wish somebody is working next time you are there, they lose your parcel if you order something to be delivered there, so I don’t recommend going there at all , you can see the parcel area is a mess and no organisation system at all, so I am not surprised they can’t find the parcel from the pile. Just go to the one on Wells road, way better.

Very rude Asian man behind the counter, shouted at me the moment I walked into the store with a parcel "The post office is closed!" I also wanted to buy some stuff from the shop (which was still open), but since he was so rude, I swiftly left and will never return.

Post Office is never actually open. The staff in the shop are rude, ignorant and too busy talking among themselves to serve the customers or to acknowledge when a contactless payment goes through. Close it down.

This post office always closes whenever they want but never update that on here and never have a valid reason, so I always drive from stockwood because our local one closed down and I always waste my time!

Everything you need from a post office (ie posting things!), and excellent opening hours means it isnt only available when I'm at work. Friendly and efficient staff.

It is a sub post office in a shop and it offers all of the basic services which is good, but it is often slow service and can be a long wait in a queue.

Most of the time post office closed because system down or etc. As well so many times havent got envelopes. What post office havent got envelopes???

Easiest post office in South Bristol. It’s not always open but you can ring and check beforehand and there is easy parking! What’s not to like?

The post office rarely works,even if it works they tell you that you cant send perfumes internationally,,what a JOKE》》》》

Turned up today. All shutters down- closed (both 8am and 12:00)nothing stating when I’m they will open
