All those 5 months (I have booked my furniture in August 2020) they have been telling me that we are in the middle of the pandemic, and rely on overseas suppliers. Now when I got the update a month ago that the furniture had arrived at the Melbourne warehouse and I need to pay in full in order to get my furniture delivered(which I did already), all they are doing now is pointing finger at the transport people for the delay (who never answer the phone). Guys, let me tell you, these are the bunch of Dodgy people, who are running the business. But I still have trust in the law of the country. And I am going to approach Fair Trading to teach them a lesson. See attached for the brand new products condition.

Extremely poor fulfilment as our furniture was delayed repeatedly for a total of five months after the original 16 weeks. However, never ever did we get any proactive communication and had staff obfuscating and avoiding our calls for an update . The furniture though was exquisitely made and am a 100% satisfied with the craftsmanship . Absolutely flawless but one piece of advice is to go take a look at the fabric in store as the brochures can mislead on shade. Overall 9/10 .

Very Dodgy sales team was lied about the products in stock and when chasing the delivery informed product not available till JAN 2024 .I will never visit this Retailer and will spread the word around.I am still waiting for my deposit refund which they are finding excuses that they don`t refund and want to give a credit note(Not sure if they will last with these dodgy practices )

Waiting for a delivery! Was told it will arrive today between 6.15 am to 9.15 am, hasn’t arrived! 2 hours later still waiting ! Customer service pathetic, call goes overseas! Please consider when you have to have the goods delivered! Took a day off today. Very very annoyed! Damn Alex answer your phone! Never again going there

Same experience as the last noted review there is a male staff named “Alex”.. waited 4 hrs for return call for a mirror , no call back . Went to another retailer and bought the mirror . Koala living no longer have the customer service it used to , now they are terrible at serving customers. Arrogance of having business

Good furniture if you like something (a lot of things are not to our taste) but the slowest in store service on earth. I stood in queue for 30 mins with all sorts of nonsensical conversations (including selling of product reviews in return for offers) ensued ahead of me. Eroded my trust all together.

My daughter and I went to look for lampshade but ended up buying house crytal candle holder and crytal glass display. The items are so beautiful and very luxurious. We really love it so much. The staff were so helpful and patient assisting us on our purchase. Highly recommend this shop …
