We ordered the T-bone (medium rare) and the beef ragu gnocchi. We were unable to enjoy either dish - the gnocchi had so much pepper it was barely edible and the only beef in it was four 20cent size pieces. There was nothing medium rare about the steak... overcooked in some areas and some how blue in others... The chips were also soggy, weren't fresh and the mushrooms in the mushroom gravy weren't cooked through properly. The delivery person didn't knock or notify us that our food was there. The delivery app (menu log) wasn't even updated to show some sort of indication.. maybe not at fault of La Porcetta but they definitely need to be trained better in deliveries especially now that theres no contact.. I'm hoping it was just an off night but we're thoroughly disappointed and hope they don't treat all deliveries with such a great lack of care. But I mean hey, at least the dog enjoyed the steak!

Friendly staff and service provided was excellent. Not too busy when went in. Drinks provided hastily for the tables. Food came at a reasonable pace fresh and warm. Pastas were delicious, pizzas were nice however i personally would like a bit more cheese to hold it together. The garlic bread was tasty and toasted to perfection.

The delivery time was a lot faster than I expected, well done on being organised. My only complaint is how the chips were packaged, using a small container like this and having them all so tightly compacted makes them end up soggy by the time they get to you which is always a let down. Edit: I've had to lower this review, i just ordered 2 schnitzels with chips and gravy, each pack had literally 10 chips in it, the gravy was watered down, the chicken dry and literally nothing was seasoned. For 25 dollars for a schnitzel and 10 chips that didn't even have salt on them is a complete ripoff.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The place is horrible and dark and not clean. The service is slow and basically non existent. We ordered 2 medium pizzas which were over cooked and burnt. Had to ask multiple times for a drink. And we were ignored the rest of the time and it was difficult to pay. You guys are lucky I actually paid you for the meal. The staff were dressed so unprofessional. The guy behind the counter was wearing track pants and thongs. You should be utterly embarassed and ashamed of yourself. Please stay away from this place

For the size of portion you receive it is so expensive. $18 for an entree size spaghetti and meatballs which was tiny for the price is unacceptable. I’ve noted the high prices with other dishes too. In my opinion it is highway robbery. It is average food in a very average looking environment which should not attract the high prices it does. I go past many evenings and there’s only a small number of people in there and I wonder if others feel they don’t get value for their $$$$$. Greedy owners. I hope you go out of business.

They said they had a back log when other people that ordered half an hour after us received their food we waited an hour and half for our main meal and then the steak was definitely budget steak and tough chunks of minimal meat in beef Ragu will never go there again even though floor staff were apologetic and very nice the timing and quality of food has put us off

Excellent service provided by Lauren our waitress for the night. She went above and beyond to entertain our kids and keep them happy with food options. Amazing kids menu with vegan options for our dairy free child. Great options for main menu too. Took us forever to select something because of all the great options! Highly recommend.

I ordered the gluten free options of the pizza and it was amazing. The best pizza I’ve ever eaten in my life. There’s heaps of items on the menu that are inclusive for dietary restrictions. The only issue I had was when I tried calling them to order they didn’t answer after a few times and they were open. But other than that I 100% recommend. Thanks

Disappointed. I am fructose and wheat intolerant and had very limited options for dinner. Other La Porchetta restaurants at least have a plain tomato sauce/paste which can be used on a (GF) pizza or as substitute for another sauce. They did not. Also, some items were premade so they couldn't make fresh without garlic or onion. My husband and friend enjoyed their meals at least as they have no food restrictions.

Shithouse food, the blonde ftont of house woman, coldest greeting, she should be locked out the back on washup, she was rude and you could see her bitching about staff.... terrible hospitality traits! Took ages for us to be served.... they served 4 groups before us. Even though we were just 2 people. Food was nothing Authentic, and we asked for a break between our pizza as entre, and it didnt happen. TERRIBLE

The special meals were delicious (surf and turf) however the risotto was salty and bland, and the sweet potatoes were undercooked. Service was also poor, as it was not busy but we had to wait a while for drinks and plates were not handed out but rather set in front of one person for our pizza.

Thankyou La Porchetta Hastings for a very delicious meal of Cannelloni and Salad! Such a big serve and filled me up nicely. Pasta was perfectly cooked and not soggy. The sauce was tasty and the filling was really yummy. The salad was fresh and crisp. The lovely delivery man had read my comment regarding my delivery request and acted so professionally. We ordered 3 pizzas and Grilled chicken to take away. It was probably one of the worst meals we have ever had. My pizza had very very little sauce and was so dry, one of the pizzas had the wrong toppings on it and we called about it and then they just said sorry.... and the chicken was so dry and the Gravy was so runny, it leaked out of the box. We will never go back there again

Lovely staff that are good at what they do. Nice atmosphere, easy to find and have a great menu. I was really surprised as the food was much better than I had expected. Nothing at all like a franchise. If the prices were slightly lower I'd give them a 4.5 /5. Well worth the trip, highly recommended.

Ordered a $140 meal that got completely forgotten by the store. Called them up 30 minutes after the estimated order time and they said they'd just put it into the oven. Order ended up an entire hour late and I missed curfew time because of this, ending up in me getting fined as I couldn't make it back to my block in time. Very disappointed in this store

Shared a lovely evening here with the family. Large menu meant there was something for everyone and the kids really enjoyed their meals. Great portion sizes and tasty food. People love to think they are the experts on how things should be cooked and what product to use. Never had a problem with the quality of food or service here in past few years. These google reviews are a total opposite reflection of the reviews on Facebook. Sounds like false reviews from competitors to me.

Got the parma challenge! Was an intense challange made even harder by wanting to enjoy the taste my partner got the steak with lemon dressing and loved it to. Top that all off with a kid friendly atmosphere great music and better service was a great dinner would go back …

The lasagne was burnt on the bottom and the kids chicken nuggets were dry and over cooked they didn't do much and gave a 15% off the bill. Half of the family order wasn't eaten. Honestly Mc Donald is better.

Went for our anniversary the meals were not very nice. The garlic prawns the sauce was very runny like water. The portions of the meals were smaller and the prices had gone up. I don't mind paying if the meals were good but they were terrible. Wont be going back there again

Ordered 3 medium pizzas, 2 flour base and 1 with a GF base. All pizzas were extremely dry, toppings didn't appear or taste fresh. Had no choice but to consume the food as it was after 8pm and we are staying at an AirB&B on holiday. Won't be going back there again.

Service was pretty bad, they gave our order of two cheesy garlic breads to the table next to us, then gave us ours, but only one. Took them ages to bring out the second, it came at the same time as our food. The actual food was pretty alright for la porchetta

Great service for lunch today. My son loves the spaghetti and they went above and beyond by giving him a La Porchetta moneybox. This made his day!

These guys are awesome, takeaway is always fresh, delivered hot and on time, salads are always quality. Dine in service is equally as good! You can tell this restaurant is managed by people who know what they are doing.
