Heavenly is my main one word review! I was lucky enough to receive a gift voucher for my first visit to Lavanya. They are so popular for their services that I couldn't get in for a lengthy treatment for quite some time, but their customer service in relation to putting me on a waitlist for something sooner was so helpful. I ended up having a 30 min coconut facial (my first ever facial) and the attention to detail as soon as I entered the house was exceptional. They even give you a warm foot spa and massage, which was such an amazing bonus. The person doing my treatment was so lovely, thoughtful and now I don't know how I'm going to manage not being able to treat myself to a treatment here regularly. So book yourself in for anything they offer as I'm sure it's all perfect! Cannot wait to go back.

I would like to thank you SO much for fixing my mummy. I have been giving her a bit of a hard time over the past 4 1/2 months, to a point I think I nearly broke her. Dad and I decided we had to do something about it and got her a voucher to come and see you. She had her visit today and I was so happy to see how fantastic mummy was when she got home. For the first time in a long time she had that smile on her face she had when she first got to say hello to me. She looks almost brand new. So thank you so much for fixing my mummy and I will make sure to send her back again real soon because I love my mummy like this

WOW what can I say about this beautiful place. I purchased a BFF package so a beautiful massage and facial togther with my bestie. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so relaxed the complimentary footbath and herbal tea was such a beautiful touch, the room and the music playing was just so relaxing and the massage and facial were so good infact I would say that was the best massage I have every had, I cant wait to return highly recommend.

I booked in a treatment for when in Melbourne on holiday, glad we included in our planing and something I surprised myself that I looked forward to. I had the 'I got your Back!' treatment, and I was really impressed. It was perfect for relaxing and recharging. The dry brushing was amazing, as was the whole experience from the foot scrub to hot stones. Looking forward to the next time I'm in Melbourne and will make sure this is on the list.

I just can't go anywhere else anymore. I started coming to Lavanya a few years ago and haven't been able to set foot in another spa since. The service, the atmosphere, the people - it is like a mini holiday, 5 minutes down the road from home. Total relaxation and the opportunity to just switch off. You cannot go past this place! I was hesitant to initially spend the money on a couples massage but the treatment exceeded my expectations and now I have returned a few times. The place is stunning, yet the staff are so caring and down to earth ,its not intimidating at all. Now I always buy gift vouchers for my loved ones so they can also be spoilt.

How can I even begin to describe my blissful experience? From the moment you enter, you're not only welcomed with a relaxing ambience, but also with such friendly and lovely staff. I indulged in a massage and facial treatment (Lavanya Essentials package) and could not fault it. In fact, I highly recommend it and plan to treat myself again soon.

I was gifted the "Fire & Ice" at home facial kit... the improvement in my skin was instant, not only were the products amazing to use I thoroughly enjoyed my at-home experience with simple directions & a great tutorial. Will definitely be integrating this kit into my skin care & self-care routine - LOVE LOVE LOVE!

I received a gift voucher for a mini facial and massage. I filled out information card upon arrival and requested a firm massage. It was not firm at all, although still really nice. It was a relaxing experience although Noy somewhere I’d go for tension relief. Would I visit again: yes if I was gifted a voucher.

I have never done a google review before but i feel like i have to due to the absolutely amazing customer service. I ordered a gift card online for my mother the night before mothers day and it was delivered it to my letterbox the next morning! (This was done without any request) Seriously outstanding service.

The best! Such a relaxing experience from the moment we stepped foot inside. I have had a few facials throughout the years and this was hands down the best - my favourite part was the complimentary foot soak & not being upsold products at the end of the session. I’ll definitely be back!

Heaven. I had a 90 minute massage and facial treatment that was incredible. I think Lavanya is the best day spa I have tried in Melbourne. It is intimate and felt like an oasis in the middle of Williamstown town. I am looking forward to coming back. Loved everything about it.

Love this day spa! It’s my go-to spa whether I need a wax, tan or pampering! Privately run little retreat in the middle of Williamstown. The friendly staff do a great job and always make me feel so relaxed. The place has a calm and tranquil atmosphere. Highly recommended

Truly exceptional. Had the Lemon Bliss Full Body Scrub with a Fire & Ice Facial. Exactly what was needed on these winter days. It's a rare treat to find something pretty special like this. It's up there with Aurora in my books, but with a much more intimate setting.

I had the 90 minute foot scrub, facial and one hour massage. I could of laid and floated off to space all day long. I recommend this one if you’re a beginner and unsure which massage to choose from as Lisa will than recommend what is suited to your needs and wants.
