I don't know if I went to the same place as everyone else did. The place looked a bit dingy, and didnt even have proper signage or a reception desk. For a moment , I thought I was at a brothel. In fact, the lady in charge did seem to carry such a demeanour. I suppose while trying to buy time while her therapist prepares the room, this lady in charge tried to chat me up about how big her business is, and how she has many returning customers. I felt so bored to death, having to listen to her business plan, I much rather be playing with my phone. I also found it ironic how she kept on bragging about the success of her business when her salon barely had a proper reception area. The lady who did my waxing was nice and sensitive. Although I have never had it done the way she did, she put a big slab of wax everytime, over a big area, justifying it by saying that it saves time. Funny enough, it took just as long , if not longer than I do with the normal technique because she ended up having to go over several areas twice ( which is a big no-no in waxing). Overall a so-so experience. Probably wouldn't come back , coz the therapist ended up having to tweeze quite a bit. I question the hygiene status of a tweezer that has been used to tweeze other customers hair. So I tend to avoid places where their waxing technique relies heavily on using the tweezer. To each , their own!

The Beau Monde would have been a statement in its time but unfortunately it’s very tired and in need of a big makeover. Although the staff were very obliging our experience in the first room was the bed where we rolled into the centre. The owners were very accommodating and offered an alternative room but the exhaust fan didn’t work and areas in the room were not cleaned properly. During our last night we experienced loud noises from the air conditioning unit coming from the room next to ours and as a result wasn’t able to sleep so we left in the early hours of the morning to return our journey home.

Nice relaxation massage and good service, but not good for a remedial massage. I specifically asked for a neck and shoulders massage as I was in pain and was told that it was possible, so I went ahead. Instead, I received an upper body and back massage even though I mentioned again during the session that I need more work on the shoulder region. No questions about where my pain was were asked, just the standard routine massage was done without adjustment to the customer's needs.

I've been enjoying Le Beau Monde's VIP hotel massage packages for quite some time now. Finally! There's Le Beau Monde in Melbourne, who really know about quality service. I've been a client of Lucy for a while now, and even though many times I've called asking for her specifically, she assures me that her practitioners are vetted, and when Lucy says they're alright, I know they're good. Two of my go-to places for waxing in the CBD were unavailable on a Sunday. Thankfully, I discovered Le Beau Monde. They did a fantastic job on my eyebrows specifically - really cleaned up and shaped to perfection. I appreciate the privacy, cleanliness, and professionalism all throughout. Price is pretty much the same as others. Will try their massage next time.

I’m glad another place screwed up my booking so I Googled where else could I do brazilian waxing in Melbourne and came across Le Beau Monde. The price is pretty much the same like the other place and yet Le Beau Monde is so much nicer and offers more privacy. Lucy (I hope I spelled her name correctly) was very nice and professional.

Highly disappointed with their facial service. They charged me $160 and didn’t use more than 3 products. Even they didn’t do any face mask which is generally there in any facial service. Their website even don’t have any facial listed for more than $100. Even their product didn’t smell nice. Pathetic facial service, stay away.

Booked one day ahead through the website. I came just for lip wax. The place is clean and nice decorated. The woman that excepted me was also very nice but she didn’t do a thorough job and missed few places. Regards the price, maybe it’s the common price in Melbourne but I was charged for 25$ which I’ve found it too expensive.

Don't let the little English fool you. Massages here are exceptional. Found this on ClassPass, got the best back massage I could ask for. Masseuse Michael was very experienced and found all the knots and tension I had. Will be coming back for myotherapy and will be coming with my wife for the Swedish one soon!

I was very impressed by the attitude and treatment I received from the staff. I had a very good session with Sun who is very professional and knows how to target and rectify problem areas. I had a 60 minute back/shoulders and neck massage and cupping and it left me feeling great. Highly recommend this service.

BAD ATTITUDE ... if you have a slightly tanned or brown skin even, dont go here .... they will not be pleased to serve you .... You are in the beauty business and have such racist attitude!!!!! I am surprised people like you still exist in our society ...... very hurt and unhappy!!!!!

Probably the worst wax I've ever had. There were no wipes to clean myself beforehand, the waxer went over the same place like 5 or 6 times but never held the skin taught enough so it just felt like my lips were being ripped off. Lots of patches where there was still lots of long hair.

Therapist opened the door as soon as she was done the treatment and I wasn't even dressed.. it was so embarrassing as there were customers outside. She was also on the phone while treating me. They also use tweezer which I found was a little unhygienic. Not professional at all.

Awesome! Lucy suggested an eyebrow wax and tint plus lash tint, though hesitant I gave it a go and have never looked back. I'm officially hooked and looking forward to never using mascara again. See you soon Lucy, it's nearly time for my lash tint!

Love this place! Lucy was friendly and attentive, and did a good, thorough job with my waxing. The massage was also wonderful. It has an attractive, calming fit out and the services were all reasonably priced.

It was fun especially when my mate was with me! A little painful but worth it in the end! The lady was nice and respectful! Didn't touch me inappropriately! She was nice and was a great conversationalist.

Charged me way more after the service was finished than they advertise,very disappointed..you try and support these businesses especially after lockdown and what they do is rip there customers off.....

Got a bad wax. The lady would not hear what I was saying about the type of wax that works on me. So she had togo over and over the same spots again. Very painful!!!

I did waxing (full legs, XXX and underarms) She works with Australia No. 1 products and they are absolutly skin-friendly! No need to be worried.
