Dan was absolutely amazing. I truly cannot express enough gratitude for his outstanding customer service. I unfortunately found myself locked out of my apartment on a public holiday to which I couldn’t find a locksmith anywhere that either 1) was open to begin with or 2) able to arrive within 6 hours. Dan arrived within 30 minutes and had the issue resolved within 5 minutes. Everything was explained on the phone prior to his arrival open and honestly - and the pricing was fantastic! Cannot recommend Dan enough for any locksmith services. Excellent communication throughout the entire process, straight and honest feedback on options / recommendations for my specific needs rather than just selling the cheapest components to maximise his profits nor just the most expensive which isn’t always needed. Finally he goes really above and beyond to make the customer happy, going the extra mile to do so.
