We were worried for our Dad's funeral process, management and challenges before contacting them... but once we called Lincoln Family Funeral, Laura, Keith and Dean helped us throughout our journey from registration with them to getting Death Certificate of Dad. They answered our all questions several times and updating us with all the rules and norms under thia Covid-19 situation. They followed Dad's instructions, which he left before going, respected our feelings and gave enough time to spend time with Dad after his soul left his body. Two beautiful staff took Dad from home and another two brought Dad to Crematorium with dignity and helped us until the cremation process... sorry for not remembering their names.. We thank them heaps for making Dad's after death journey smooth and with Dignity... And taking care of our all worries for the same in afordable way emotionally, financially and timely. We wanted to thank you on a few levels. Firstly the professionalism, excellent. Celebrant, Rebecca, it was a lovely service. We liked the way you had the coffin situated with the viewing of our mother. We liked the music. You did a great job with the memorial cards. The funeral didn’t cost the earth.
