some one sent flowers to my daughter today for valentines day but did not receive them till 5.30 today only because they where sent across the road because there delivery guy cant read so when our neighbor got home saw the address and walk across the rd. buy then the roses where almost dead shame about that so i rang the florist and she had no sympathy what so ever and is not doing nothing about it poor guy spent his money her driver cant read and my daughter was very disappointed the florist said not her problem disgusting poor customer service well none !

I live in Wales, UK and wanted to send my Aunty who lives in Victoria some flowers to cheer her up after the passing of my Uncle. I stumbled across Lombardo’s online and ordered a bouquet for a very reasonable price. They delivered it the following day and we got a phone call off my Aunty saying how happy she was and that they were beautiful. It really made her day! For the service given along with the quality, I would 100% recommend this florist and if I ever want to send anymore flowers no the future I will definitely return to Lombardo’s!

We ordered our flower arrangements, bridal bouquet and bridal flower tiara from Lombardo’s. After being turned down from nearby shops Lombardo’s took the initiative of getting it done for us and hats off to them they did a fabulous job. After communicating our ideas to them they shared their suggestions and brought to life the decor exactly the way we wanted it to be. The bridal flower tiara was exceptional. Very light and beautiful done. The bouquet was elegant. Well done Lombardo’s and Thank You.

Walking past,saw sign flashing OPEN, sign on door 'Open door and come in' Never intending to enter but just ask a simple question from a socially acceptable distance I copped a barrage and had the door slammed in my face. This isn't an isolated incident. A woman was sitting in her car watching me to see if the same rudeness she received was coming my way. It did! Very disappointing and it will be a major topic of conversation with My friends and family in the area

Have to say I was disappointed with the arrangement I requested in sympathy upon the death of a close relative, when I was sent a photo by them and note of thanks. Wasn’t as I’d expected. They were quite expensive and looked similar to a bunch of lilies you’d purchase from the supermarket, with a couple of roses and one chrysanthemum thrown in for good measure. Wouldn’t use this florist again.

Can't say I'm a flower shop aficionado, but I always have a great experience coming in here looking for a gift. Easy to get to and staff are always very helpful, and the range of flowers, balloons, cards and other gifts are decent, but not overwhelming which makes choosing far easier. Pricing is as expected as well, with options for every budget. The perfect stop on the way to any loved ones.

Can't bring myself to go anywhere else for flowers! They always have a wide range with everything I need, whoever or whatever occasion i'm shopping for. Friendly staff who'll cater even to very specific requests, and promptly. With most places, you have to choose between quality and worth-- but not here. Value for money, always, and great opening hours for last-minute people! Ever grateful!

Went to Lombardo's Easter Sunday, walk in had a look around, pick what flowers I wanted, went to counter, wait for lady in front of me to be served, l was next in line, a man put his flower on counter, the staff Dered him , l said l believe I was next the staff member continues to serve this man telling me to wait, last time I shop here , l walked out didn't spend any money here.

Absolutely adore this flower shop! The charming ambiance and incredible selection of blooms left me mesmerized. The staff's warmth and expertise made choosing the perfect bouquet a delightful experience. The flowers were fresh, beautifully arranged, and brought joy to my recipient's heart. I'm already planning my next visit to this wonderful store! Highly recommended

Lombardo's sorted me out after a boutique flower order from an online website let me down massively on an important event. I rang up Lombardo's and within 30mins I had a MASSIVE custom bouquet of flowers and a lovely arrangement. You actually get what you pay for here. It's one of those places that give you a small amount of flowers. Big full bunches.

The people at Lombardo's are so friendly and helpful with flower arrangements. Beautifully created bunches, so fresh and for a reasonable price. Flowers last for a good couple of weeks and the store is very well presented. When in the area it is worth stopping here to get yourself or a loved one's flowers.

Disappointed with the yellow roses delivered on the Monday. Next morning browning of petals on a few blooms. Feel they were overpriced and barely lasted the week. In the bin and finished. Suggested to my husband to not buy from there again. Have bought better flowers locally so need to up their game.

Received a large bunch of flowers from Lombardos Flowers nearly 2 weeks ago. The are truly magnificent,they were lovely on arrival and now all the buds have opened they are incredible. This is the first bunch of flowers I have every received that has lasted so long.

Flowers always look old from this florist. Charged my husband double + delivery for my birthday flowers as its "mother's day week" seriously! 24 hours later I already need to pull 10 flowers out that look wilted & petals bruised. Not good enough!

Received a absolutely BEAUTIFUL boxed arrangement for my birthday. That was TWO weeks ago and most of the flowers are still going strong. SOOOO happy with this florist. They thoroughly deserve 5 stars and I would be very pleased to recommend.

Today I went in and all flowers have gone up $20. Normally $55 are now $75. The bunch I bought had 2 flowers in it for $45. Not happy and not returning. Do NOT recommend this place anymore.
