UPDATE: Cesare did such a great job that I may have given the car back to BMW in better condition than I recieved it. Maybe BMW Financial says this to everyone to make them feel good but they said they were surprised I wasn't charge for a single thing. If you have doubts, clear the mind, get in your car and go get an estimate from M & S. ----- Cesare lived up to his reputation so did the shop. Go to them first. My mechanic recommended I take my BMW to M&S. Cesare was straightforward with his inspection and estimate of my car. But I still went to 4 more shops with excellent reviews to do my due diligence. I came back to Cesare at M&S. Cesare explained what needed to be done and why. For example, someone scraped my back door with their bumper, Cesare said "most of this can be buffed out, but, some of these scratches need to a wet sand. You can tell because your finger nail will catch." What did the other shops say? First, everyone acted like I have a too much money problem because I drive a BMW. One shop had a parade of mechanics around my car acting like a forklift drove through my door. Another said the quarter panel had to come off. There were two good guys but the cost was up there. So I'll say it again Cesare lived up to his reputation so did the shop. Go to them first.

Wow. It does not get any better than this. From the moment I drove onto the lot for an estimate -- and I had been somewhere else before -- I knew this was the place where I was gonna leave my car for repair. Cesare greeted me like I was his, as he put it, "cool aunt," and assured me that he could match the colour (which is a premium colour) and fix the damage. He arranged for a special car rental rate from Danforth Enterprise, which picked me up at the shop and brought me back, and everything went more smoothly than I could have hoped for. The rate was reasonable, the work impeccable and the service? Wow. If you ever need body work, and I hope you don't (sorry Cesare!), this is the only place in town, as far as I am concerned, to entrust your vehicle. P.S. I used M&S in the '90s with another car. This is a family business, a longtime fixture in Leslieville, and everything about it made what could have been a stressful and inconvenient experience, simply amazing!

Don't consider going to another body shop!!! I took my car to M&S for some minor body work. Cesare was extremely professional and had a quote to me within an hour. He answered all my questions about the work to be done and paint matching (a concern of mine) and he was patient and took the time to explain how the paint is matched. They were able to get me in quickly and promised my car back in 3 days. Sure enough, after dropping it off mid morning on Monday, I was picking it up end of day Wednesday. My car looks great. They were personable, super prompt in getting the work done and the price was absolutely fair. In addition to that, we exchanged a few emails and he was super helpful in providing suggestions for some cosmetic changes I want to make to my car. If you're looking for a body shop, don't hesitate to take your vehicle there.

What a positive experience! I came in last week with an "unfortunate" scratch from a tree branch running the length of the car. Cesare was very understanding giving me some options that could minimize the scratch and not cost me a fortune. I dropped the car off that Friday feeling confident he would do his best. When I picked up the car I was ecstatic to see the scratch almost completely gone and barely visible. As I pulled out my wallet to pay for his work and time that's when Cesare said "don't worry about it" - he didn't charge me a cent even as I insisted! It's so rare to have an unfortunate car situation end positively but I can assure you that if you take your car to this shop, you will leave happier than when you brought it in.

Excellent service, fair price, and great communication. It’s never fun having to visit a body shop but the guys at MS made the whole experience stress free from beginning to end. Cesare talked me through the job when I dropped off my car, explained my options and provided a very fair estimate (less than what I was quoted elsewhere). We set a drop off date and he provided updates via email throughout the three days he had my car. I was shocked at how good his work was as the car looks better than new! I would give these guys 6 stars if I could. Don’t bother going anywhere else, there’s a reason for these guys’ google rating is so high and why they are recommended by various dealerships.

My experiences with M&S have all been absolutely fantastic. I (through no fault of my own I might add) have been to visit M&S three times in the past year and each time they have exceeded my expectations and come in under budget. Cesare is a pleasure to deal with - very open and honest and always seems to under promise and over deliver. I've sent family and friends to M&S and they have all had great experiences. And now dealing with the second generation of Body Pro's at M&S with Dominic Jr. Most recently my daughter's car was the victim of a Hit and Run incident. They did a great job making it look like it never happened. I have total trust in their well earned reputation for competence in all facets of accident repair, refinishing and dealing with their customers with Integrity. There is a reason they have been at that location in Leslievile since long before it was called Leslieville.

I called M&S to ask about a small bumper repair. Not only was Cesare incredibly attentive on the phone, he explained what my options were, referred me to a specialty mechanic for another problem and even offered to repair my bumper that same afternoon (if I was available)! I finally made my way over to M&S and I am beyond impressed with their workmanship. My car looks better than ever and the repair was quicker (and cheaper) than I expected! To top it all off, Cesare was transparent, professional and unbelievably kind. He made my trip to the auto shop the highlight of my day — thank you!

A family-run small business, and dealing with them really feels that way: honest and friendly communication, and excellent quality of work (completed ahead of schedule). Although ultimately my insurance paid for the work, their initial quote was approximately 1/4 that of the shop the dealership (Mercedes) is associated with, and I decided to go with them based on my experience when receiving the quote. Absolutely no regrets. Would not hesitate to use them again (but hopefully won't need to). Recommend without reservation.
