Took my old beater in to try and track down some issues. Came back later that day to a full report (from both a detailed scan and inspection) as well as pictures of the issues and a thorough explanation of what the repairs would involve. Not only was I told how I could do the work myself, but I was advised to consider whether it was worth investing in a high mileage commuter. Honesty and transparency are so important in this industry and after my experience there I feel confident that Madeley Auto will put my money to work. I'll definitely be back, both with my own vehicle and my partner's now that it's out of warranty.

Brian and his crew have looked after my last 3 Mercedes Benz vehicles and I have sent 2 of my friends there and they thanked me. Brian gets 10 stars if I could do that. (But max is 5 stars) Sept 2022! and now 4 years later I am still very happy with the service Brian and Dave recently provided....the dealer estimate was 8 times higher that the bill I got for the same work. So even at 30 minutes away from where we live I will keep going back here.

Spark plugs and coils randomly went out while driving and needed an emergency appointment. Got referred to here by another shop and couldn't have been happier. When I called and explained my situation, they were able to get me in within 30 minutes. Dave was so professional and friendly when explaining the problem, and had the parts ordered and car fixed within the hour. Price was extremely fair; would highly recommend this shop.

They are incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and fair when it comes to any service your vehicle requires. Combine that expertise with their unrivaled customer service, and I refuse to take my vehicles anywhere else besides the team at Madeley Auto.

Brian did a top notch job fixing the electrical problem I was experiencing and saved me a ton of money compared to had I gone into the dealership. And another time afterwards he even stuck around later after closing to do a scan of my vehicle to try to diagnose whether there was a problem. Highly recommend the shop for all your needs! These guys are absolutely the best for BMW. They've even taken my car in last minute for a safety issue and they went above and beyond. They even offered a ride home. Our family car broke down while driving around in town. We were able to drop it off to Brian who inspected it and found what was wrong. Took my luxury German sedan in for an oil change. I described to him significant vibrations I was getting at highway speeds. He suggested rebalancing the tires. The car rides like it is driving on glass at Autobahn speeds (like its creators intended). Highly recommend this shop for accurate diagnosis and work.

This place does motorcycle work too! Brought my new tires in to be put on my motorcycle, the job was done fast, professionally and at a great price. I have been one happy rider the last couple months. I highly recommend this place if you need a motorcycle mechanic.

I had a great experience with Madeley Automotive. I had them do a Pre Purchase Inspection and they were a pleasure to deal with. Kudos to Brian for being so professional. Would highly recommend--these guys know their stuff!

More expensive than dealership. Had to bring in the car in and pay to get the cost estimate for the repair I already knew I needed. The estimated number of hours for the job was excessive. Do not recommend this place.

Fantastic service and great value. Dave is a gem. They were able to fix an issue that 2 other shops quoted me $600 for only $300, and that was after the diagnostic. Couldn't recommend this shop enough.
