I normally ordered online to send flowers for my sister in every occasions, then while searching on the web, I came across this florist which is located near in my sister’s place, so I place my order online. Surprisingly, a staff named Nicky rung me to confirm my order and even offered me other options by sending me beautiful floral arrangements at the same price, more beautiful than what they posted on their web. I was so amazed by her gestures, so extra ordinary service by this lady. And what’s the best thing is, my sister loved the arrangements so much that she even took a photo of it and sent it to me, the flowers also lasts for weeks. Since then, I always ordered flowers from this florist. I really recommend this place, so sad that I can only give 5 stars, should be ten stars for the excellent customer service. Beautiful, high quality flowers with exceptionally friendly, professional service. I am from Blackburn but am currently living overseas, and wanted to order flowers for my mother's birthday. Unfortunately something went wrong with the online form and the delivery date was missing. I'm currently living in a timezone with a 9 hour time difference to home, and Nicky went out of her way to phone and email me until we spoke and she could clarify the delivery date. The flowers were gorgeous and my mum was very happy. I will definitely use Magnolia Flowers in the future. Thanks Nicky for making the whole process so easy and for giving my mum a lovely birthday surprise!

All the flowers and foliages were in tip top condition and their professional staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I had a very helpful young lady help me decide on a beautiful selection of flowers for my best friend's birthday. She then skilfully arranged them into a modern and stylish bouquet that was wrapped up in a quaint but classy array of brown craft papers and pastel tissue. Attention to detail was paid and I was given great advice on which flowers to select appropriate to the occasion I had. This is a florist that I 'll be coming back to next time I want to make an impression

Called in last minute, mothers day weekend, ordered on the spot over the phone with a very compassionate, patient and genuinely caring person who even did same day delivery!! Always accommodating to my financial needs and specific request with empathy but this time...WOW! They helped put a smile on my mums face, especially this being her first mothers day alone...simply magical and priceless. Nicky and her team did flowers for our wedding (bouquets and buttonholes) and they were absolutely sensational! So many people commented on them and they photographed beautifully. She was so easy to deal with and provided excellent service. She even called me when the flowers arrived to let me know they were all there and would open up beautifully. She helped so much in choosing the right flowers and matched our colour scheme perfectly. I can't recommend Magnolia and Nicky highly enough.

This company has a website but no computer apparently. Exceptionally bad service. I ordered through their website and nothing has been delivered. I rang to find out what happened and was told that they receive orders from another company 'petals' and was redirected to them. They told me that Magnolia Florist had sent my order back 5 hours after I placed my order and it was reallocated to another florist - who has still not delivered.

Magnolia florist stepped in with 3 hours notice to create two beautiful arrangements of flowers (mirror images of each other) for my father’s funeral. They were perfect, with red as his favourite colour and we were able to leave some of the roses where his ashes were interred. We are so grateful for your kindness in completing these and the beautiful flowers we could have as a tribute to him.

I had an amazing experience! Their friendly staff put together the most beautiful bridal flower bouquet in the shortest possible time! I went to the store 1 hour before my very small wedding ceremony and the lovely staff made a beautiful bouquet for me. Apart from that, my partner is their regular customer and I'm always happy with their fresh, beautiful and long lasting flowers.
