I was fortunate to come across Maison Mai while checking for florists in Mt Eliza. By chance, I spoke with the lovely Mariana on the phone and was impressed by her professionalism and fine customer service. She created a stunningly beautiful floral arrangement for my sister-in-law. Marianna is an exceptional florist. My sister-in-law was absolutely delighted with the selection of gorgeous, quality flowers. Also, Mariana was most happy to send me an image of the flowers before they were delivered. Happy to also alter the arrangement if required. Obviously there was no need. The minute you walk in it smells like heaven. You are spoiled for choices of dried arrangements, pots, floor vessels, vases, fresh flowers, handmade soaps, candles, and 18K plated jewellery just to mention a few of all things beautiful. But the most beautiful thing is their customer service. Went there because a floor vessel in the window caught my eye. I was attended by Lauren who was attentive, polite, helpful and just a beautiful human being. I came back after a few days, went to another flower shop down the street and their customer service was horrible. I went back to Maison Mai and I was so happy to see Lauren’s smile and welcoming vibe. 100% recommend Maison Mai and go see Lauren for a great experience.

Since discovering Maison mai last year, I have not gone anywhere else for my candles/ floral arrangements! Marianna does the most incredible job with presenting gifts and offering her advice and expertise. I have bought multiple stunning arrangements and candles (which can be taken back to marianna for a refill) and the quality, service and pricing is some of the best I’ve seen! Couldn’t recommend this little Chapel St gem more!

My favourite florist in melbourne! amazing service, always going above and beyond for a simple purchase. The owner has great knowledge in flowers, colours, flower arrangements and placements. I am always greeted with a smile and the shop itself has a beautiful aesthetic. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area.

Once again went to the Maison Mai store and received excellent customer service. Staff's product knowledge, honesty and desire to help is exceptional.
