If you are looking for an honest mechanic who stands behind his work and his name (...by no means am I suggesting that mechanics are dishonest or have any higher propensity for dishonesty than the general population), then Mark-Caesar Auto Service is for you. My family have been clients for many years and have watched Caesar hard at work, imparting his impeccable work ethic and knowledge to his son Mark, a loyal and hard working individual in his own right. I find it regrettable that a previous post from a client whom it appears has mistakenly tagged Mark-Caesar with a poor review has put a blemish on the otherwise stellar reviews. You only need to read Mark's response to see the virtue and integrity of his character, taking time to reply and provide a sound rationale. If you are wondering if this is a "fake" review posted by a friend - IT IS NOT. When I first purchased my VW Jetta, I religiously serviced it at the dealership... One only needs to look at the recent VW debacle to understand that even dealerships and large corporations are NOT beyond reproach, and are more often than not driven by the bottom line to the point that they would lie,cheat and steal. I think that small mechanic shops often get a bad rap for the transgressions of a few bad seeds; all this to say that I have 100% faith in the skills, abilities and integrity of this shop.

There are few garages that earn the Automobile Protection Association (APA) seal of approval. Mark is one of the most knowledgeable, honest and fair auto mechanics I have dealt with in over 40 years of driving and several vehicles. After dealing with him for two years what he mentioned once before after convincing me to wait before spending on tires that still had some life left in them said it all: I'm very, very, careful with other people's money. Indeed he is... He works on a first come, first served basis so show up when they open. Highly recommended

There's a reason Marc and his father Caesar have had such loyal customers over the many years they've been in business: they are excellent mechanics and good people to boot. As mechanics, they absolutely know their stuff and do great work. Beyond that, they are honest and reliable and provide good value for service. I recently had a negative experience with a new (used) car I bought. Marc went beyond his role as my mechanic to assist me in resolving the issue. I am so grateful that Marc not only knows cars but he truly cares about his customers as well.

I send my car there twice. The first time my problem was solved, but the second time the mechanic told me to that i have to change an expensive car part because it was broken. The price would be over $700 ,so I got the car back and I said that i will think about it. He charged me $60 just to check what the problem. That was okay, but a few days later I found out that the only thing that needed to change was a sensor of that car part and that cost me $50 to fix it. In conclusion, I lost the trust on this place and i will never go back there.

I had Mark helping me. Excellent service, it was clear that he was really knowledgeable and cared about the work he did. Had my issue fixed in just a few hours, and he was able to identify and fix other small issues in just a few seconds of looking at my engine. No need to make an appointment, just came in early in the morning and was done before noon. Prices were reasonable and as expected. Extremely happy with this service, will definitely be coming back in the future!

Mark is an excellent mechanic. He is very honest and reliable. I've been his customer since 2014 and I have him regularly maintain my vehicle instead of going to the dealership. I used to come with my 2008 Toyota Camry until I sold it in 2018 and then I continue to come to him with my 2017 Honda Accord. I've never had any issues because I follow the scheduled maintenance as per my owner's manual and allow Mark to do the scheduled maintenance.

I called them a few weeks ago regarding a used car inspection before purchase. The car had previously been in a accident but repaired. In my mind I thought I was getting a good deal because of a big discount. I just called to book a appointment but Mark was honest and kind enough to offer his advice about the car title and potential problems in the future. I'm glad I didn't buy the car, 3 weeks later still on the market less $4k! Thank you!

I work across the street from this shop. I was looking for a new mechanic as my previous one retired. Clean and organised shop. Professional attitude. They're VERY BUSY, which must be a good sign, but also means you need to bring your car in early and minor repairs may be postponed a week or two. I'll definitely consider using them for important repairs.
