Awful store. Went in today to get some food, a young Asian man was serving at the till. He was helping a customer when an older White female employee came around and shouted at him in front of us all. The poor kid looked terrified. I'm a regular and he appeared to be a new employee. This was utter disrespect and degradation of a human being. I will never set foot in this store again. The management appears to be awful if they're treating their employees like this.

Where EVERTHING is expensive I felt if they could triple the newspapers prices they would meal deal should read dont forget credit card Maybe it caters for the passing consultants but only those in the 200,000 per year bracket staff are nice maybe their.wages are linked to prices hahaha,,seriously it should be priced for everyone no wonder nurses carry their own sandwiches

Very expensive store. All the food items are expansive. The meal deal here is more expensive than anywhere at St James hospital where it is situated. some of the staff are rude. You might think that it will be cheaper as it is situated in the hospital but no it seems like it aims for the staff who are on a high salary and not the patients.

Well they sack employees for taking 2 days off for mental health issues boycott store it is unacceptable when a company says they support mental health charities but then terminate someone on that ground

Its an oasis of retail quality in a retail centre on the first floor of the hospital providing moral and service to patients and visitors alike. I love it well done M&S for taking the risk!

Over priced, especially at this time of a cost of living crisis. Staff behaviour needs improvement. Again, food is way too expensive here. Thinking of making my own sandwiches for lunch.

Prices seem to be higher than other M&S locations but helpful for visitors and patients to have quality food available while visiting St James’s

Great to have available, but prices are abit higher than many other M&S Foods, likely because it has mainly a captive audience
