A massive thank you to Stacey who assisted me with the patience of a saint when I was in the Kirkstall store yesterday. I have visited many Matalan stores but Stacey has upped the anti on store assistants and the service they provide customers...this lovely young lady deserve a medal !

Very rude customer service on the phone. So we called and the first Male staff said “who is it” and did not greet me on the phone, then it was immediately passed on to another staff saying “who is it x3” in a very aggressive tone.. I then

It's very clean and organised, the staff are very friendly and will help in anyway they can. I think everything they sell is very good quality and worth the money. And it's great when sales are on too ☺

Lift has been broken for at least 4months don’t know how you’re meant to look at baby clothes when you have a sleeping baby in a pram unless you wake it up to carry it upstairs

Don't go at the weekend on lockdown to pick up a click and collect as no one is there...took long enough to get the items and now had a wasted 20 min journey!!

They let homeless ppl come inside the shop and abuse the shoppers, it is not a safe place for shopping. The customer service didn't care after I told them.

Very small store with not as much as the wortley ring road store. However they did save some slippers for us in the correct size. Staff could be friendlier

Matalan has good collection of clothes for kids, girls, boys, women and men. There is wide choice and rates are quite reasonable. A place to visit must.

If you need clothes you can buy them here. If you need a shoulder to cry on, they have mannequins. Lonely middle aged divorcees flock to this place.

Gotta say, matalan is the new primark! This one is smaller than the others nearby. Went in to buy some teenage dressing gowns and slippers.

I really like this shop. There's a good variety of clothing for women, men & children. Nice little homeware section aswell.

Love MataLan, quality goods, fair price ,fashions to suit young and old . Bargins to be had. Quality bedding .
