Ok so where do I start, had to wait in the drive through for 10 minutes while they served two car that arrived after me, then get told to park because the food is not ready, then have y food bought out by an arrogant very unpleasant staff member who accuses me of swearing at the staff (I did swear in my car but but 100%) not directly to a staff member, this McDonald is with out a doubt the worst I have ever been to, it is slow, the dining area is always absolutely filthy (can’t believe it even meets food hygiene standards) staff are always rude and unfriendly….my advice to anyone is just keep driving to the next McDonald’s on your trip do not stop here!!! Absolute disgrace of a place.

Avoid this Maccas, it took 10min for 2 sundaes, mcflurry and apple pie. And our friends were 15min for two sundaes and a mcflurry. Serious training is required on the sundaes as the topping was minimal. Not busy but staff sitting out the back and one guy deciding to cook who didn't look like he worked there in a green jumper. McDonalds management need an urgent review on this store. I got no feedback back on previous complaint in May, with staff swearing and laughing about stuffing up our order multiple times. Nothing has changed at the worst store in Aust.

This is one of the better McDonald's that I have been to for a long time. The McDonald's in the city need to take lessons from regional /conutry McDonald's because the service here was far better then in Melbourne anywhere and the staff polite, showed concern for us, made much better coffee then in the city. The only thing that I would say was letting them down was the toilets and being clean. However, overall and considering everything, I liked it. McDonald's at the moment doesn't have good food and value for money mostly, so that's why it is getting 3 stars for the service, politeness and coffee plus location is good.

Sometimes you get served quickly sometimes it takes ages. I prefer to go to the counter and order, this went well But the order took about 10 minutes, 10 minutes of standing around looking silly waiting for my order of a simple BIG mac and shake. Why don’t they give a table number and let you sit down and wait. Why don’t maccas use the trays anymore for dining in. The food tasted ordinary, the shake tasted like it wasnt mixed properly.. atleast the paper straw lasted till I finished..

Proper Macca's Big Mac

Maybe if the food didn't take almost 15 minutes to arrive, and your staff hadn't gotten one of our orders wrong, then we wouldnt mind when the manager barked at us about cleaning up our neatly compiled tray. If she can't keep opporarion of the store in good order she can earn her money tipping trays into the rubbish. Everyone was right, we should have gone to the Bakehouse.

Hit and miss as to the quality of food served these days thus the reason for me reducing my rating. The burgers are generally over sauced and the fries served warm. Their self serve kiosks are often out of the paper role required to print receipts with Order Numbers on them. Today the instore menu boards weren't operating. The drive through often gets clogged up with vehicles so that it is like being stuck in peak hour traffic. I suggest you park your car and order in the restaurant.

I went to use the drive through I placed my order and when I arrived at the window to pay there was no one there. I assumed that I would pay at the next window, when I got there I had to wait and was eventually served the guy said you need to pay at the first window I explained there was no one there so I moved to the next window he said we are short staffed I left never to go there again

I went to release the dragon (if you know what I mean) in the men's bathroom. I was pleased to see someone left an unattended brownie in the urinal! I gobbled that up so fast, I even forgot to breath. The employees found me passed out in the toilets and revived me back to health using one of their many voodoo dolls. I was not happy >:(

You would think for a place that is smaller and quieter than most suburbs that they would at least get the food right. Nope. Same with drinks. Waiting time is horrible. Staff all over the place. One girl who works there really hates her job and makes it very obvious to the customers. Manager with the glasses too is not good either. Waited 20 minutes for drinks and he was standing there pretending he was amazing. Nice job maccas.

Sunday 1 Oct at 7pm -ish was NOT a pleasant experience .The order was so slow, a cheeseburger small meal with a big Mc took 20 min . Floors, every table and most seats were very dirty! After the customers left the staff did not clean up the restaurant. Management needs to step it up and keep the food restaurant clean. Disgusting

If they get your order right , which is rare it's often cold or old, I even got an iced coffee once they forgot to put the coffee into , fanciest milk ever!! Lol , I make allowances because very very young staff , be nice to them , they're clearly all learning.

Visited around 6:30pm on Sunday 10 January 2020. Don’t have high expectations of McDonalds but this one was FILTHY and unfit to eat food in. Bins overflowing and rubbish all over tables, any clear tables were dirty and food/rubbish on the floor. If this is their Covid-19 clean I would hate to have seen it prior to the global pandemic. AVOID AT ALL COST!!

Food was good. Pity about the space on Plenty Rd that allows a semi to park just before your driveway. That makes leaving the restaurant very dangerous regardless of turning left or right. Maybe you could get Vic Roads or the Council to put and Island in the parking lane to stop these massive trucks from endangering your customers. More

Literally the worst and slowest maccas I’ve ever been to. I came and got one frozen drink and it took about half an hour cars all lined up service is horrible, I’m very disappointed this is embarrassing

Their filet-o-fish is the best I’ve ever had in Australia. The fish was freshly well fried. Very juicy. The cheese burger is pretty normal tho.

It would be useful if they updated the open times not only on here, but also on the McDonald's app aswell. It would save other ppl making online orders only to arrive at a closed store and still having the money deducted from their account, even after calling store.

One of the better Maccas stores around . The girls working the coffee machine were very attentive & friendly . Great job .

Seriously this place has s up side down. Staff don’t care. Management doesn’t care. You have staff that don’t care. But then again you have staff that want to work but don’t have any shifts. If lucky one shift every 3/4 weeks. Clean up your act.

Fair service store was busy on a Sunday afternoon friendly young lady talking orders store was clean burger was nice to eat but not had time taken to put together neatly as in stacked up ( double quarter pounder) More
