Tuesday 15 November 2022. 5:32. We ordered a chocolate Sundae today for our daughter after doing a great job in her swimming class. Go through drive thru the lady that taking order can’t hear us properly so we have to check if she have the order right. My partner ask her politely if she got the order of 1 chocolate Sundae. She’s taking another order and we’re waiting to pay outside the window. She looked at my partner really irritated, big eyes with very irritated voice saying basically just wait. I was shocked how angry she is. Of course we can wait but no need to be so rude only because we are trying to clarify the order. I think she is stressed because she’s messed up the order behind us as she end up calling her manager To fix something in the computer.(We are waiting outside the window to pay while this is all happening) My partner then explained to the manager that she have to talk to the worker as she’s rude and all she could have said is “give me a second” the manager said she has to back her employee no matter what and send us away. I never experience such as bad service and because someone speak up, all they can do is send us away. Very unprofessional. The employee was so quiet when her manager is there clearly acting like she didn’t do anything wrong.

I've been this McDonald's quite a few times, and unfortunately, they've consistently struggled with order accuracy. More often than not, items are missing from the bag, or sometimes it feels like half the order vanishes into thin air. It's become a running joke among my friends and me. I admit, there are nights after an exhausting day when I just want to unwind without the hassle of cooking, and that's when I reluctantly visit. However, the relaxation part never truly kicks in because, without fail, I end up back at the drive-thru because something's amiss with my order. Mistakes happen, that's understandable, but this level of inconsistency feels a bit over the top. McDonald's has its appeal, but it's challenging to enjoy it fully when order accuracy remains a constant issue.

I don't go to any McDonald's very often and my experience here is probably why. Finding out what they have on the menu is the first hurdle and then ordering on a temperamental touch screen (multi-touch with great vigour screen) took ages. It gives you an option of table service but there are no table numbers, so it's not really an option. The food was not very hot. Chips, sorry fries, we're soggy and cold. Fillet Mc Fish, (they call it O'fish but they can't be both Scottish and Irish) was tasteless. The cuppachino was just an ordinary coffee, no creama, with a tiny amount of chocolate powder sprinkled on top. No barista had a hand in making it. Finally, and most importantly, the toilets were filthy. I reckon if the toilets don't get cleaned the kitchen probably doesn't either.

My goodness this is the worst McDonalds in Victoria, in my opinion. My local and stupid for going back. Longest drive through queue, always (just now waited 40 minutes) - and when you think you're at the front, it still takes forever as the staff don't take orders one after the other. So many times I have also ordered and paid for something to be told at the pick up area that they don't have it. Today, the staff at the front are young and stressed - I literally had to stop them and slowly tell them how to do the ice cream and which one had which topping. Too little staff and not adequate management - seems like there are a bunch of teens trying to run the shop. Also terrible coffees.

This would be the worst place of been to. The girl that served was rude. The toilets was discussing. The eating area was not clean tables not wiped dowed. I would not take a family with kids in there.they were playing loud rap music.the guys wernt wareing a uniforms. I didn't eat after what I saw. I had a drink . The car parking area.was bad. We hat to tell cars to move so we could back out. That place needs a big fix up.

Had to wait over 30mins for the hot apple pies at 3am when there's no customers. Couldn't make frappes coz the ice cream machine wasn't working, umm you don't put ice cream in a frappe. After the long wait an asking when we ordered can they make it fresh and bring it all out together it was all cold and horrible. Yes they replaced it but of course that took another 25mins. Very slack guys, Customers are ment to come first so do ya other jobs when the customers arnt there esp the only customers. 1/10

This would be THE slowest McD I have visited in all OZ. I thought one in Glenrowan was slow. This takes the cake. I ordered on the silly order screen and after 20 mins of standing there without acknowledgment I had ask where my order got to. I told the very unfriendly staff member my number and she got my order another 5 mins waited. Most tables were a disgrace. Yes, people could help by putting their rubbish in bins but they were all overflowing. Never again for this McD.

Frankston South is hands down the worst Macca's I've ever had Consistently. You guys cost as much as gourmet burgers now, and your food is just terrible. Cold or smooshed more than regular Macca's. Not even close to the pictures anymore. Are any of your workers other than the managers even trained at all either? Like damn at least act like you're working.

Over the 3 years I've been to this maccas not once have they gotten an order right. They can do a single order fine but the moment you get more then 1 item etc they always manage to forget something or fxck up the order. When the managers are handling food they will get the order right but if they're not on shift then just forget about it. Literaly the worst maccas I've been to due to incompetent staff that don't really care about their job.

The meat in the quarter pounder was burnt and hard to eat. All my burgers were cold and just slapped together with hardly any sauces. The drive through had food on the ground. Lastly I was short changed that wasn't the complaint the complaint was it took so long for the man to find my order and give me the correct change when he had only taken 1 order after me and no one I saw were in uniform. Poor form they need to pick things up.

Edited: I am pleased to advise that I received a genuine thank you reply for sharing my feedback with the restaurant. I’m not sure I would return but hopefully it can be used for better training. Would be a shame for businesses to suffer due to 1 or 2 staff members. ****If you are contemplating stopping here….DONT. Keep driving and find a different restaurant.

Honestly don't know why I keep coming back here. Have had more bad experiences than positive. The last 2 times they completely forgot my order altogether, even though I didn't move from the pick up section and had two irritated kids making a fuss that it was taking so long. Seems you need to be a delivery person to have priority these days.

Understaffed and the staff they do have had no sense of urgency and didn’t even acknowledge customers in the store as were too busy with drive through and packing Uber Eats orders. The store is dirty with rubbish on tables and floors. In the 10 minutes I was standing there, I watched 2 customers walk out due to not being served.

Waited 30 minutes for two sundaes, supposed to be large but were regular, complained and they begrudgingly redid arguing that they were busy. Waitress was rude as was the manager, it was clear they were being poorly managed and staff were just lacking in required skill sets for good customer service. This store need’s attention as is a poor representation of what it should be.

This is our local and has always been great catering for my order, bunless burger which is for health reason’s. Lately the staff are either annoyed that I have requested a change or are clearly untrained. Photo below to show how it is being made. I don’t visit this Mac too much but few days back I visited it. Found it clean. Staff members were nice. But guys be safe ; because surrounded area of this place is not safe. So many druggies roam around and come across cars and ask for money and try to open car window. It had happened with me . So be safe. Always lock your car

The staff are quite young,but theres a mature lady just recently there who is very fussy super friendly and fantastic at her job. Sadly the shop itself is very shabby seats are torn, tables are worst for wear and the loos are really bad. The play area has been closed for weeks due to broken glass panel. Whole place needs a refit..ASAP More

Initially we were worried when told to go to the waiting bay - never a good sign - but we were blown away by the excellent customer service and delicious food. Nuggets were the best I’ve ever had, chips were okay and frozen was filled to the brim. BONUS - we received four patties on the triple cheeseburger :))

Worst McDonald’s in Australia. Rude staff, dirty restaurant and 80% of the time can’t make shakes or Sundays. Most times they forget items in your order - hopeless.

I understand that in these times staffing can be difficult esp in a 24 hour store. However if you can’t take an order at 01:30 in the morning because you don’t have enough staff, then turn off the large “M” sign so people don’t waste their time driving in to the drive through.

So I ordered a large milk shake and it says it has 2 plays but I got nothing and often the workers rudely ignored me I do not recommend going here

My daughter's needed to use the toilet this time which was clean. We have been here though quite a number of times & they are usually pretty quick & good with online orders.Drive through can get busy & hard to get around & out of the parking area if you have just parked. More

Tried to place my order 3 times, waited in line 10 minutes only to be told by some hideous person with blue hair I would have to go around and do it again as they didn't understand. I thought the clown was supposed to have red hair. Not a good look McDonald's. Never again !!!

Great experience. Food was prepared well and quickly. It was yummy and at the usual standard that you would expect from Maccas. The chips were made fresh and were crispy and salted perfectly. The burgers and frozen coke were great. Happy customer
