I'm a vegan so I'm never going to give Macca's more than three stars. Their fries are the only thing I can eat on the menu (besides drinks and hash browns). However, this Macca's had good customer service and a nice atmosphere, for a petrol station Macca's.

I don't believe there is a vegetarian main, but don't quote me on that. Tuck into most of the sides: fries, onion rings, apple pies, or drinks. (Or, alternatively, keep driving until you reach a Hungry Jack's, which actually serves vegetarian burgers.)

Vegans like myself can eat the fries and hash browns. Don't even bother if you're gluten-free.

This is what I was met with today! I ordered a spicy grilled clubhouse burger meal no siracha sauce. The burger was SMOTHERED in the siracha sauce. It had no bacon & had no caramelised onions on it either. I attempted a couple of bites & couldn't manage any more. I dissected the burger & salvaged the grilled chicken from the very middle. I suffered from indigestion the rest of the day thanks to the couple of bites. The meals were also meant to come with chicken shaker fries.. no... they came with spicy shaker fries ‍♀️ the only thing done right from this order was the happy meal for miss 3!

The time I went was at night and dinner time ,but was very noisy and echoing for the space they are in... Didn't have frappe machine working but got a refund ... I always head there anyway if coming back from Melb so not a real hassle to me xxx

I walked into mc donald’s and was so excited to get my mc spicy, I ordered it without mayo or lettuce and add 2 slices of cheese. When I walked back to the car I opened up the box and saw they had put lettuce and mayo and not even one slice of cheese, my jaw dropped to the floor and the first time in forever I actually felt what heartbreak felt like. Can you please reconsider firing your workers who can’t do their job properly, we do not want another heart attack caused because of your workers.

As far as maccas go, this one is a very well rated store. Service was very fast and food was fresh, not much of a view or special seating but that’s because it’s a roadside one. Their toilets are a little squishy and would prefer not to be touching shoulders as I pass by the other urinal users. Toilet paper was thinner than my patience

After a long wait ended up getting a fish fillet burger where bun is mouldy and a slimy chicken burger!!!! Staff didn’t even take it seriously when I showed the mould, response was do you wanna just replace the bun as for the new burger wait is 4 mins. Was really shocking!!!!!

Had a chicken burger, there was a slimy bug on the lettuce. I showed to the Manager, he said it wasn't a bug. Said it was Mouldy Lettuce. Smashed it between his fingers and put it in the bin. Said he would speak to kitchen Staff about it..

Not a good McDonald's at all. Always issues with wrong orders. Also alot of the workers are rude. Went there this morning, buy 5 hot cakes for family, get home to see 2 packs. Went back and got extra 3, they would not replace all. Also got attitude from workers. Not good enough McDonald's Caldermeade.

It's very sad to see a Macer understaffed at a peak time. The fillet of fish we got had the bun spoiled with fungus, and the beef burger bun was cold.... all this after a 36-minute wait. Need to better the service.

Stuck in traffic there for half an hour, poorly designed for proper traffic flow on a busy day. Long ques outside toilets because of a single urinal. Food was same as in any other MacDonald.

Open as usual on Christmas Day! Always great for travelers to have some fast and good food. Very busy but friendly. Hygiene needs a little improvement.

Went to the dunny here it was actually clean got out a nice dump in reasonable comfort ..no urine on the floor no dunny paper anywhere but the roll ..and it had a nice floral scent ..quite a pleasant waste removal

Small ish store and it does get a bit tight with people waiting for their orders to be ready. Seatings are closed at the moment (Jan 2021).

Ordered and paid for 3x large burger meals and ended up with cheeseburgers. Ripped off. Thickshakes were runny. More
