I was overcharged for an order I made this afternoon and kindly explained this to the lady working at the register who then rudely claimed that it was because I ordered a drink that I got charged extra. Clearly she can’t do simple maths because the total would’ve been $10.95 either way instead of $14.40. I then told her that the price of the order would be $10.95 in total and she then began to explain to me that one of the two codes I had given only went through. I only wanted to receive my refund and collect my food at this point however this lady continued to babble on in an aggressive tone that the charge was extra due to only one code going through without offering a solution until I raised my voice slightly. She then proceeded to give me further attitude and tell me “I work here, you don’t.” Disgraceful and appalling customer service. Would not expect much from McDonalds but some simple human decency and kindness is a non-negotiable. Please teach your staff how to treat customers. They’re always right.

I've not ran into issues here. But today was the "lucky" exception. I was blessed with my very first official maccas f*ckup. Ordered a double quarter pounder but the lady told the cook for a single. Went, sat down to eat only to realize I had indeed been "swindled" and got the single. Obviously the place is understaffed now and running at full speed, so I'll give them a break. Another lady, who looked like the team leader resolved my order quickly, no questions asked, and replaced it with a new burger with the correct amount of beef. This maccas is always understaffed and busy. But it flows . Just something to keep in mind if you're in a hurry. I counted only 2-3 staff working here for what was a busy maccas. Wonder how that came to be.

I was abused my staff after I took back cold chips and was told two minutes. I complained after ten minutes that the rest of our food was now cold and could I get a refund or something and the staff member started being aggressive and rude. I was handed fries and half a serve of replacement bites without even a word. Other staff were play fighting and messing around the entire time and the food and serve is deplorable.

Provided wrong order and were not welling to accept the mistake the girl who was the manager put the food in the bin and said can’t change the meal. Spend $20 and west my money because of their poor customer service and rude staff. They owner need to really look into this train the staff a bit more so that they at least have a manner how to speak to the customers.

The wait can be long sometimes, but I don’t mind the wait because it IS a fast food store run by limited staff- and I am sure staff are working their best. I think we should all show appreciation to the teenagers working there instead of criticising them for what they are falling short of. Yes we paid for our food and some of us may not have gotten what we expected, but there’s absolutely no excuse to be an a$$hole about it or to act worse than a toddler..
