2 weeks ago I paid for an order twice as I was told the money would bounce back as there was a communication error with eftpos. I gave them the benefit of doubt as I used to work at maccas myself and it was a normal occurrence that would happen. I waited a week I still didn’t get my refund and then I went back to explain to a manager who wrote down my details and it never got passed on. I had to go back 2 days later and explain to another manager. It took over 2 weeks to organise it. I just went back today @ 7pm to order frozen drinks that came to a total of $9.40 which doesn’t make sense. I understand it happens cause sometimes you can click the wrong button. The manager said she was giving a $4 refund which didn’t make sense. I understand that the job can be fustrating but she didn’t even calculate the refund right and I had to turn back the girl who gave refund it’s just annoying when you have repeat yourself many times.

It was a pleasure to again, have 5 star perfect Mcdonalds food and service @ 11am 22.12 22 + 5:30pm 15.12.22 + 11am 13.12.22 + 1:50pm 07.12.22 Hot fresh Maccas food is tops. Always ask for fresh, if your happy to wait a bit longer. Speed isn't my priority, its hotter fresher food & its absolutely delicious when It is ! Remember, people make mistakes, no ones perfect, but 9/10 its right and tasty here, if you ask for fresh and are happy to wait

Attended the other night, drove into drive through and was told that they could not take orders in drive through, I had to go out and inside to order. Once inside , they took 20 mins to say sorry we can’t do one of your items, I was given options for two alternatives, I accepted one but still had to wait another 10 minutes to get the alternative option. Drove out of the restaurant realising they did not even give me my drink , very frustrating, I’d not be going back. I’m not one who gets satisfaction out of writing negative reviews but this is the second time in a row I’ve had a bad experience at this McDonald’s drive-thru. Waited over 2 minutes to have order taken and a further 15 minutes in the waiting bay to receive my order (coffee and a toasted sandwich) while seeing at least 6 other cars drive through and collect their order immediately. I’m not an impatient person but this is the worst service I have ever received at a McDonald’s drive through and it’s not good enough

Today I went to Kilsyth Maccas store to get the Buffalo Chicken burger which I have been craving all day but what I got was an abysmal excuse for food. I have bought the Buffalo many times from various stores and it is always fantastic but this restaurant managed to turn it into a dried out mutilated piece of dog food which was absolutely disgraceful and inedible. I was utterly disappointed and would have been better off throwing my cash into the rubbish bin on the way in. Kilsyth Maccas can never seem to get things right but today has set an all new low for quality.

You guys have the worst customer service in all of McDonald's. The woman who served us at the drive thru had a terrible attitude while all the employees were circled having a conversation. We were told to wait outside. A bag came to us, it wasn't our order, and then there was more display of attitude. The cheeseburger was as dry as a ninety year old nun, with next to no flavour from the fact it had been sitting out for half a year. The double quarter pounder had no sauce and tasted as bland as he'll. Garbage. Fast food, more like slow as he'll food

Really bad service. Asked for hazelnut latte, a sprite with one of the meals and a few other burgers. They stuffed up the order. Then said sorry you have to go through the drive through again to fix it. Then said to wait out and said they will bring it out. Then came out with the burgers but forgot the sprite again. We only realised when we left. Not going there again. Staff seems to be in a rush just to get through the orders. A little customer service would be nice.

Hands down the worst McDonald’s in aus, disgusting, even when I said my order on the screen was missing chips the girl said well it’s on mine, got home and sure enough missing the chips and the deluxe pork roll was smothered in sauce and not much else. 3rd time I have been there and the lady now, gross and unfriendly staff

If i could give no stars i would, absolutely disgusting service, takes 10 min for someone to actually ask if you need anything, the coffee is always 10 to 15mm down from the top, if i wanted a medium coffee i would have asked for one, and they dont even wrap your burgers before putting them in the bag, you need a staff change in this store, it is an absolute joke.

Outstanding customer service and cleanliness. The staffs were friendly and provide excellent services. My burger was stacked nicely and especially my large fries was filled up fully. Although, it was in lunch time rush, the crew and the duty manager were happily helping me filled up my 2lit waters with ice for the kids. Definitely recommend to others when visiting this area. Especially in cherry time Westgate Melbourne. Cheers

Worst Maccas ever! Basic meal deal of Big Mac medium fries and coke takes 15-20 min at best and then it’s cold. Want a shake ? Yeah nah machine is broken always ?? Or is it? Or you’re too lazy to make them! I’ve experienced this 4 times at this location in 6 mths so avoid it at all costs.

Have never had problems with this storebefore. It is far better than Mooroolbark which I don't go to any more. However, I did have a problem with a ham cheese & tomato toastie a week ago. When I got home I found that the bread wasn't even browned & the cheese wasn't melted properly. Surely they should have seen this when they cut it in half? The store was busy, but this was just slack!

Shithouse! A lot of people have low expectations of what to expect from McDonalds, well this store has managed to set the bar even lower numerous times. It really isn't that hard to read an order from a screen then make the burger, they weren't busy as it was 3am. The attached photos are one of the many examples of what to expect here.

Ok so we ordered a family box tonight ordering it at 5.00 to try and beat the rush and feels as if someone there is being an absolute smart@ss sending us out an empty box with a grill slip stating no of every ingredient. I Can not recommend at all.

Went to Kilsyth McDonalds to get large and small Choc fudge sundaes about 7.30 tonight. The small sundae was ok, my large was appallingly. Didn’t fill the cup up and next to no fudge. It’s ice cream for goodness sake! When you charge people nearly $5 for a sundae, give your customers what they order! More

Mostly just here to say this store has the cleanest toilets of any McDonald's I've been to. 9/10 for the toilets. Food is good, fries are generally fresh. Coffee is hit or miss on the day.

They always get something wrong, or leave something out and for some reason it tastes worse than other McDonald's. This is the closest McDonald's to my house I now drive further if I really want it.

People hugging friends and ignoring customers then arriving friends before customers is not ok! Only 1 fryer operating and chips are white and disgusting. Not a great ambassador for the brand.

crew are always really nice, sometimes the coffee tastes like foot but their chai lattes are amazing and the foods always fresh. if they calibrated their machine more often they’d get a 5!
