I hate it when I dine somewhere that has little care for its staff, and unfortunately this is one of those places. When we arrived the floor was extremely slippery, mostly from food smeared across the floor by the entrance. There was a wet floor sign right next to the entry door, behind the bins. When we sat down there was also another one hidden by the pillars next to our table. We watched many staff slide around on their feet with trays of food, and other customers struggling to keep footing. We saw a woman fall over due to not seeing a sign as it was obstructed by the barrier, and the manager's response was "there's signs everywhere", despite only having two that were obstructed and almost half of the store having a slippery floor. Her attitude was extremely disappointing. It's a shame that good customer service and delicious food (especially great service from the shift manager- I believe, grey shirt), was ruined by the blatant disregard for staff and customer safety.

As far as McDonalds goes this has got to be one of the worst. The floors are slippery like they've never been mopped, there's food scraps all under the tables , flies on the window sills. Don't get me started on the toilets. I literally felt like I was going to catch some sort of sti just walking in. There is pee all over the floor, it doesn't look like anyone has attempted to clean it for a month. I had to leave without even ordering. I really hope the hygiene in the kitchen is better than the rest of the restaurant. If not you're really rolling the dice eating here. Good luck

Went in at 6pm, had an apple pie and McFlurry which was nice and freshly made. Service was really average not sure if the girl knew what was going on. The trays carrying our food was so greasy but sanitisers were all empty in store. Play area had lots of potential, great structure, and great slide, although very dark, no lights inside the play tower, daughter bruised her knee. Some old wall toys needed to be replaced. Tomato sauce was in the aeroplane bubble not sure how long that had been there

They forgot the lettuce on my McRib deluxe , I wanted a hot meal. But they slapped lettuce on it and gave me back to me with my cold fries . They said the chips half eaten they didn’t fill all the way in the beginning the chips were in the bottom of the bag. Great Fast food restaurant when I have to drive back to the shop for cold food.

These guys are the best Macca's in the area (food is generally consistent and great customer service). They're McCafe is awesome (consistent, never get the order wrong and great customer service). These guys are waaay better than Burwood Highway Ferntree Gully and Nunawading.

I respect the fact that this McDonalds seem to have an adequate amount of staff working during the busy periods. Especially barristas, I never have to wait too long for the morning coffee.

It does not require the same quality as the picture. Caesar salad... Why no dressing? When I opened the box, I found letus, chicken and ham. There was no dressing and no red vegetables.

Food is terribly high calories. And leaves you sad and depressed for days afterwards. its like eating poison.

When I have ordered big Mac sauce I got this small Mac sauce. I don't recommend here. And I gave them one star rating.
