Absolutely DISCUSSED!!! Do NOT come here! My partner and I came here to get McDonald’s for himself and my daughter (drive through). We ordered a small chocolate thick shake, mcspicy meal with a coke for drink, and a happy meal with 6 nuggets and an apple juice. Not hard or complicated right? WRONG, can’t even get that right can they? Got to the window, the girl with upmost attitude acting like her dog just died handed us a box of drinks with 2 cokes and a shake, not a word just turned her back and walked away. After making Uber orders she then proceeds making our food ready. Finally gives us the food with no apple juice for the happy meal, so I tooted to get her to come back. She ignored it and proceeded to serve walk in customers (2 girls), it took one of the girls to kindly indicate to me if I needed the worker, I nodded and she came to the window. I told asked if we could please get the apple juice too that comes with the happy meal. She then proceeds to ARGUE with us not once, not twice, not 3 times, FIVE time we repeated the drinks we ordered. She tried telling me the shake was for the happy meal and that we ordered 2 “vanilla” cokes too (just wanted normal coke. We had to explain that 5 times that we ordered a shake, coke for the mcspicy meal and the apple juice for the happy meal. Has the audacity and attitude to ask for one of the cokes back so she could give us the apple juice. Finally arrived home, and im not exaggerating when I say this. We opened up our bag to find STALE yes STALE and cold chips, no sauce (the lady at the speaker even asked what sauce we wanted), vanilla shake instead of chocolate, 5 nuggests, not 6 and they were so dry my daughter complained of stomach cramps. My partners burger had no mayo, a tiny thin slice of chicken and an over bearing amount of dry left over lettuce it was sickening to even look at and that too was cold. After finishing what we could manage to get down, I called them up, asked for management in which the girl that answered my call said she was. I KINDLY told her how unhappy we were with it all and that I’m not usually one to complain but that, that’s how bad it was. She asked for my name, address (not sure why I needed to provide my address), number and email for someone to contact me on the next day in regards to a voucher for the next time we come in. It has now been 4 days, still no message, call or email NOTHING. So pathetic I’ve never had a worse fast food experience in my LIFE!

It's a relatively clean McDonald's store. The tables look like they have been wiped down a while ago but they haven't been cleaned properly as there are smeared food stains and the remnants of food scraps stuck to them. The coffee machine area on initial inspection looked clean but a closer look around uncovered the signs of poor cleaning and neglect. The 2 litre milk container has been left out of the fridge, unrefrigerated and with the cap left off for goodness knows how long, There are dirty wipe rags for the milk frothing nozzle left haphazardly on the coffee machine and beside it. The rags are supposed to be clean and white, instead these wipe rags look yellowish and brown, could be because of the use on the coffee machine or it could possibly be mould. Hard to determine without being tested. On a brighter note, the staff were polite and friendly. They took my order and filled it almost immediately. Obvious signs that the place hasn't been swept or mopped in a while, but not the dirtiest McDonald's I've visited. Just ok

Friday, 1:30pm. Most other guests have already been served. I’m having a late lunch compared to many. Place is under-staffed but I guess most are these days. I assume the woman yelling at other employees is the manager. Staff are demoralised. Guy in front of me was served the wrong order but rectified a bit later. Honest mistake by the front of house. Disheartened at the lack of effort in prepping my meal. Bit short on the serve for fries and drink, the containers are large but filled to medium it seems. Cleanliness doesn’t exist it seems, the bathrooms, dining area, and outdoor seating covered in food debris with sticky covered tables. Drive through and Uber eats are prioritised over walk-ins. My rural hometown of 3,000 bogans has a McDonald’s in it and it’s quality and effort are heaps better. The mixture for the cola cola is spot on however, wasn’t watered down like other places. Saving grace is that the icecream machine is still working yay! Two more customers went to the front explaining they were given the wrong drink/order before I left. didn’t chance a coffee the McCafe prep area is wild

We arrived at not even 4:30 and it was very dead. When ordering we were immediately shut down and asked “is that it?” and in the middle of ordering we were told to drive off, making us continue our order at the window. we had ordered a mocha, iced vanilla latte and a 6 piece nugget meal with a sprite. at the window we were given a mocha that was half full and filled the rest with foam. We had asked for it to be remade which it was done at a better standard. when the mocha was being remade we were told to sit in the waiting bay in which we realised there was no nuggets and chips which is when we had to go inside and ask for them. inside there was a lady rushing to make coffees which makes sense for the coffees to be made with all the foam. when handed a bag i go back to the car and realise there were only nuggets and not chips so we had to go back in to get chips. I do understand rush hour, but in this case it wasn’t busy and the staff didn’t apologise or even realise their mistakes.

MCDONALDS Campbellfield would have to be the worst I’ve been to, ever. Server was abrupt to put it nicely, no please and thankyous, didn’t know what a double espresso was so I refrained from saying doppio. She then asked me what size I wanted the espresso, I said the it comes in without being a smart Alec. At the payment window she looked like she was working against her will. We waited for for minutes while the car in front was having a yarn. Then we waited another 5 minutes looking at the absolutely disgusting windows and ledges, before they brought out three coffees, apparently the lady thought double espresso is two espressos, the espresso tasted like Nescafé Blend 43, and the iced latte looked like dirt water and tasted warmish, didn’t look and taste anything like McCafé quality. Absolutely rubbish. I’m sorry to say it matched the suburb, so well done McDonalds for blending in.

Went in to order a simple meal. Asked for a frappe. 1 employee said machine was broken, I asked to speak to the manager they said it’s not broken, so clearly 1 is lying. Threatened to call police because I asked what was wrong with the machine. Then after I paid and received order, the items were wrong and had to be completely remade. The manager was rude and ignorant caring more about her time in drive thru then her customers. Raising her voice and not answering simple questions. Poor behaviour, if anyone actually reads this would love if the manger got fired.

Would have given zero stars if possible. First up it says 24hrs but believe me they don't take orders from 2 in the night saying that their system is undergoing maintenance. If you offer cash they'll do it (pretty sure something dodgy there). There's always a female in hijab doing night shifts, she is incapable of doing customer service at the front. No etiquette at all. Rude as hell and does not know how to talk to customers. I just wanted something to eat at 2 in the night and they turned me away and I said I had cash, suddenly they said ok. I don't know if this complaint gets responded to but please if you're running a business at least have the basic mannerism to operate it smoothly.

Never go here at night. They don’t do a lot of burgers after 12am eg Angus and mc crispy. I went there one day ordered a fillet fish, one half of the burger case was filled with tartare sauce, I walked in there told the server I couldn’t eat this and she asked why? She didn’t think it was a problem with a bottle equivalent of tartare on my burger. Another time I went there at night through drive thru and overheard a server swearing and cussing at the customer ahead of me and threatening to beat him up. This Maccas is literally the worst in Melbourne, don’t go there go to the one on Dalton or the other one to the north on Sydney Rd

The fries were cold and limp, a far cry from the crispy golden perfection they once were. My burger, ordered "all the way," arrived missing onions and pickles, and the patty tasted suspiciously like cardboard. To top it all off, the service was atrocious. The staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than taking orders, and I waited an eternity for my food. Overall, my experience at McDonald's was a complete disappointment. From the lackluster food to the terrible service, it was a waste of time and money

Went there today to get brekky. 3 cars in the drive yet 25 mins later still no food. Was given a refund which was lees than i paid aswell and told there was more wait time. Absolutely disgraceful performance from the 15yr old management who said its not my fault. Well to you i say you are the worst employee ive ever seen. Your rudeness and lazy attitude will get you nowhere in life. You should be ashamed of yourselves

After purchasing six spicy nuggets on the computer first, they forgot to put them in the bag. Then they told me they don’t have any on stock then to get a refund. I wanted it back on my card. She said they can’t do it after going away in speaking to her manager, then she can do it. Maybe they need to get trained up better on what they can and cannot do.

Not only did I receive the wrong order, I didn’t even have the opportunity to advise the member of staff who abruptly handed the bag through the window and said not a single word to me, turned her back and walked off. The wrong breakfast item I received was not fresh at all and there was no care in slapping it together with a plastic microwaved egg. I think I’ve finally learnt my lesson to just avoid McDonald’s completely…

I have to give credit where credits due, this McDonald’s takes first place as the slowest drive through in the southern hemisphere. Whether it’s 2pm or 2am you cannot go through this drive through in less than 10min. I wish I could say the food and apologies from the staff are worth it but that would just be a lie so I’m not gonna bother.

stuck forever in drive-through despite only 3 cars in front of me and none behind. Mcspicy was a shrivelled mass of crumbing, could see only a fine thin line of white which i presume was chicken. awful and cold and waste of money. Didnt eat till finally arrived home but argh. I called in for coffee and hash browns on New year's Day on trip out of Mel. The toilet was broken and filthy. I tried not to touch anything. The hash browns were cold. The only saving grace was the coffee which was good.

After a long 16mins in the drive thru I reach the payment windows to.find 3 staff just standing around, no.wonder the delay, then I get to.food window and I am handed one burger..No Drink or chips?? The service was so slow, and the food was not good at all. There was fluff on the hot cakes, they forgot parts of our order and gave us incorrect drinks…. No serviettes anywhere to be seen. Such a shame they’re refining a good restaurant chain. Go to a different one!!!! More
