The experience at McElheran's was such a positive one. It is nothing like a visit to any other furniture store. The gorgeous displays made me think that I was out of my sphere. BUT... the sales consultant, Anne Schellenberg asked me to take my time and look around at what they had to offer. I was introduced to the art of having a home consultant with the most positive attitude. Anne came to our home and asked what we wanted to do. She made suggestions and was readily available to discuss our ideas for OUR space. What we achieved together was a dream come true. We have a small home and a limited budget. McElheran's fine furniture store, Anne's guidance, and Jeff''s humour brought it all together. I am so pleased with the results of the makeover of a small, older home that proudly displays our lifestyle with a messy dog on an acreage!!!!

We purchased a quilted bed frame from McElheran's and our sales associate was Teresa. She knew her product and offered us several fabric samples and was knowledgeable on the quality and endurance of each sample. Upon the purchase of the bed frame we were kindly informed that there would be a few months wait for delivery, which we accepted. Teresa continually kept us up to date on the delivery status of our bedframe. It arrived as planned and upon arrival Teresa promptly arranged for delivery and set up. The delivery was prompt and the workers were courteous, ensuring that there was no damage to our home. The delivery staff were quick to get the job done and cleaned up any garbage that was ensued. You would never have known they were even there. We have shopped at McElheran's before and have always been very pleased.

My experience at McElheran's and with Abigail was definitely a positive one. We refurnished our bedroom from top to bottom. Including pieces from Durham Furniture, Vi Spring mattress and divan, custom made headboard, custom made drapes and even selecting the bedding from Eastern Accents. New paint colour was even chosen for the room. Abigail was extremely helpful in guiding us through our purchases and colour selections.We have been back several times to add furniture to our home. Their selection is wonderful. After we are done renovating our home we will be looking at a new dinette table and chairs. I will again seek Abigail's advice and expertise. By the way the renovation was started because the bedroom looked so great that we decided to spruce up the rest of the house to match it.

I had recently done some business with McElherans. I was looking for a very specific piece, and Kirsti, Danielle, and their team were very accommodating in helping find what I was looking for, and the transaction went over very well, despite the epidemic uncertainty at time of ordering. I was advised up front, of possible delays, but was ok with it. The piece had shown up early, and the delivery team was professional and personable. Their products are of higher quality and the pricing is in line with that. I highly recommend them, if you are in the market for higher quality, or specialized furniture. The experience was very positive. I will return in the future, if the need arises

Had a really great experience shopping here. Our family was able to browse through the store without any sales folks 'hovering' or applying any pressure to purchase, though they were easily available to answer any questions that we had. Their selection is broad, their designs are amazing, their staff (sales and delivery) were friendly and helpful, and overall the shopping experience was very positive. Ended up buying a bookcase from this store. The transaction was straightforward, and the delivery was accompanied by a handwritten thank-you note and some chocolates - this was beyond our expectations. We will most certainly be shopping here again.

My wife and I have bought many pieces of furniture from McElheran's over the past 18 years. We've always had great service and the quality of their furniture is excellent. We recently purchased 2 Motion Craft chairs to replace the 2 Motion Craft chairs we bought back in 2006. For an item that is used virtually everyday that is remarkable but also shows the quality and durability. The original chairs still had lots of life left in them but we gave them to our son and daughter-in-law so that they can now enjoy them for several more years. If you're looking for quality and long lasting furniture you definitely need to check out McElherans!

Over the last 10+ years we usually go directly to McElheran’s to pick out or order furniture due to the long time satisfaction and relationship. However, if we ever go to the many other furniture stores to ‘look’, we aren’t as satisfied so naturally return to our ‘go to’ bricks n’ mortar store that we trust. Jeff and the staff are top notch. When it comes to most things we aren’t too picky, but with furniture we are very particular for quality and value (price for quality – especially what you can’t see). Attention to the details of our other pieces to compliment is recognized as critical at McElheran’s. We’ve redone many rooms.

Salesperson who helped us select our furniture was very pleasant and accommodating. Took the time to help us select fabrics and made house calls to make sure our selection would work in our home. She took the time to come out on the day of delivery to ensure everything was in order. Delivery guys were very friendly and professional. Made sure all furniture was in good condition and not damaged. Took the time to place in the proper area in our home and added felt pads to the bottom of the legs so as not to scratch our floors. Extremely happy with our experience purchasing furniture from McElheran''s.

First time shopping at McElherans, and we felt Welcomed from the time we stepped in. We were warmly greeted by Theresa, who is very knowledgeable, had great ideas, recommendations, and spent tons of time with us. Never pressuring or rushing us. I texted Theresa several times, and she promptly replied, even on her days off. That is unheard of, nowadays. Driving by McElheran's Furniture, I noticed that they were having a Spring clearance event. I was looking for some accessories, art pieces for my home at the time. I was able to find three lovely pieces of art at really good prices. They were the right colours and sizes that I was looking for. They have a good selection. Shelly was wonderful as she offered to deliver the pieces to my home for free as it did not all fit into my vehicle. I would definitely shop there again.

We ordered two arm chairs and dealt with Shelley. The store had a variety of styles for us to choose and a multitude of fabric colors / quality. We confirmed our selections and placed the order which we expected in 6-7 months. Shelley committed to keep us posted on the order status and she was very diligent to do this. The good news...the chairs arrived ~3 months after we placed the order. We are very pleased with the McElheran's service and quality of the product.

Great customer service. After a lot of comparative shopping, I had a member of McElheran’s team come to my condo to look at my space and prepare a design layout.
